Centro Al Manhal by Rotana

Valet people were awesome, the room was very clean and smells good ( don’t book at smoking floor- that smells terrible). Very well located close to everything, especially the mall is like couple of minutes walk.

Nothing really, but take extra time for the valet to get your car. Although they are very quick, but cars use elevator which might take sometime, especially weekend nights.

Nice room and the breakfast was great - large selection and it opens early. I also appreciated the gym. It had enough weights for me to get a good workout in, which was nice after a long flight.

Location and cleanliness. The view from my room is awesome.Near mall

That they don’t have availalbe rooms for my extension. Lol

Location, Value for money. Good breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds

The location is so accessible, and the property are axcellent and the staff are approachable. And there is iron ?most of hotels no iron inside the room .

The location and the staff

There was no basic stuff in the room like slipers and toothbrush no enough towels and water i had to request

Location and the breakfast was good

Room was bit small and congested compared to similar hotels

Excellent property. Very clean rooms. Very professional and friendly staff. Proximity to almost everything whether by walking or a short drive. Walking distance to AlWahda Mall. - Staff: 10/10 (special shoutout to Lamiaa whose professionalism, warmth, and radiant smile made me feel very welcomed and made the checkin process a smooth and seamless experience.)- Location: 10/10- Cleanliness: 10/10- Amenities 8/10 (no bathroom slippers, no power outlets next to the bed but one side of the bed has power outlets close to the bed but you will need an adapter to charge multiple appliances. Also, no USB charging ports). - The bathroom 9/10: The shower is only fitted with a handheld shower, no rain shower head.

Room was extremely spacious, new furniture, parking lot.

Floor of the shower is made out of wood, which is a bit annoying when showering.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. All the necessary amenities were provided, and I was pleasantly surprised that they even had a flat iron. Slippers and a dental kit were also available. They gave us an extra bed as well, plus a complimentary plate of New Year sweets, which was a lovely touch.Overall, our stay was very good, and we were happy with the experience.

The only small concerns were that the bidet was placed on the left side, twin bed were a bit small and the lights were a bit dim ?. However, it was still a great place to stay for three people. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

We liked the cleanliness of rooms and hallways and exceptionally cheerful and helpful staff, specially at the breakfast buffet.Special mention goes to Aisha, Janina and Rowan.

Didn’t like the directive not allowing nuts to be served with drinks by the pool. Also, the buffet dinner was very bland and lacked character. The food was very much like recycle food.

locationhygieniccomfortfriendly staff

the toilet flush its hard to push

Staffs are very approachable. Room is clean and neat. The view is perfect.

Clean

Booked for stadium view but got some other view

The location was good. They corporate with me when I asked them to change my room because of the bad condition of the room.

The price was too high for a 3 star hotel. Not clean, very bad smell in the room.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Gees. The location is convenient and it is close to the mall, church, and bus station.

Neat clean rooms and Property

Small reception area ! Breakfast below average. Small rooms.

Staff were friendly, good location, comfortable room

Parking was difficult at times

Well managed small hotel with good facilities and staff
