Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel

The price was good.

The washroom flusher and the refrigerator was not working, they have to check everything before they welcome any guest.

I didn’t like it, and I changed the hotel / but the stuff are really nice

The valet parking staff so slow + the room door is not opening the card wasn’t working + there is no hot in the bathroom

No welcome no eye contact no how was your stay, no come back again? overall all stuff looked tired and uninterested! Btw, booking.com gave incorrect location so I landed in some other place inside the city then had to call to the hotel and drive another 20 minutes to correct location.

I liked the staff who took care of my room. So I would like to thank Zora and Prem for their great work. Additionally, I would like to thanks Amal and Glenn at Reception and Mohammad who treated me with so much care and respect. And finally, the outdoor swimming pool is awesome and Mr Prabath was very friendly. So THANK YOU ALL

The staff is the only good thing about this place.

It is extremely old, dated furniture and everything else, elevators have buttons that don’t work so you might need to change an elevator go get to your floor (lol), the AC doesn’t offer the full range of temperatures, you need to call them to put the thermostat on a fixed temperature (it didn’t make sense to me either), the lights in the room do not turn off (most likely system is dated and has errors).

The location was fine

The reception people were very rude. When I checked in a male receptionist was quite cold and mean, to the point where I didn’t want to interact with him and directed my question to the woman who was working at the other desk (who was lovely). The room smelled stale and musty, and the corridors smelled like cigarettes even though I booked non-smoking, and all the rooms in the corridor were non smoking. Hotel was lacking basic facilities you’d expect to find in a 5 star hotel room.

Room is good

The attitude of the receptionist was horrible and it took a lot of time for check in maybe more than 20 minutes only for check in, although there was no one in front of me and he was very rude unfriendly I felt uncomfortable and he was not professional at all

Front staff. Packing team on the entrance - very sweet and helpful. The place was great and able to provide the cot on request.

Bit far from malls.

The staff wouldn’t let us stay and we canceled and went someone where else to sleep

Cleanliness and comfortable

The room #615 A/C was a freezer which was not comfortable to sleep at all and made me sick. you can't adjust the temperature or close it from the room, so i called the reception around 3 am to send the maintenance stuff who closed the A/C from the hotel control. So i stayed without AC.

The location is very comfortable to travel and to shop

The room looks bit old I made a request to decorate the room for our 10th anniversary which was not been done and then they gave us a room with compliment bed decor which i didn’t like

Kids play area and pool only

Staffs , less varieties in buffet, restaurant did not accept the price for dinner which is mentioned in booking.com even after showing screenshot as well.

I have been booking Millennium Rawdah Hotel, Abu Dhabi since 2020, and every stay has been excellent. Everything is perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel.The hygiene standards are outstanding, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is truly fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly, gentle, and always helpful.I would also like to specially mention an Egyptian manager (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name). He was exceptionally professional and kind—Masha’Allah—and made the stay even more pleasant.Thank you so much to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I truly appreciate everything.

Was not expecting that honestly

I booked a nice room with pool view and then when i arrived i got a different room with 2 joined beds ( i booked king size) and the room smelled terrible then i requested to change the room and i got a different room supposedly an upgrade but there was a water leakage in the bathroom and beds were joined again.
