An ideal beach for long walks along the sea. It is great that there are no jet skis or other noisy water activities. Truly one of the most beautiful natural coastlines in the UAE

A very old hotel with uncomfortable, not cozy rooms. The selection of restaurants is quite limited, and the dinner buffet offers a very restricted menu. The only decent restaurant is Sal, which has good food and a comfortable atmosphere; everything else is disappointing.A major issue is the long waiting time for taxis or Uber. The hotel is located relatively far from the main resort infrastructure. The gym is good, but it is located in a separate building, which is inconvenient.

I love the beach and how there is an adult pool a family pool a kids pool and a younger children pool live the park with the swings overall really fun

I thought maybe the kids clubs could be improved specially the teen club my 9 year old didn’t like the kids club then she tried the teens club and it had very little activities and only couch space the outdoor games were taken by adults playing in the outdoor teens club space.

I book this hotel because of the seaside at Saadiyat Island. already visit this location last year. excellent place. excellent beach with white sand and turquoise sea. Stuff is very friendly both on the hotel area, breakfast area and beach area, ready to assist any time. nice SPA with excess to hammam, sauna.workable WIFI -which aloud me to work.

weather was too hot - and therefor the water in the sea also. was surviving in a fresh swimming pool available on the territory.the price could have be less for 1 person staying.

Our honeymoon experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing.The staff seemed poorly trained – we were booked into the spa without clear explanation of the service and its cost. We were taken directly to a massage without being informed that it was a paid treatment. Afterwards, they unexpectedly demanded payment, blocked my card, and the situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called.This is absolutely not the level of transparency or professionalism expected from a 5-star resort.Also In a room costing 1800 AED, the wallpaper is poorly applied, with visible seams and glue marks.

Everyone one was very friendly and the place is amazing for children and toddlers. Lots of dining options.

They didn’t have any YAS island attractions included in the reservation price. For the price we paid we should have had the attractions tickets included.

Our stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island was truly wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated for my wife’s birthday, which made our experience extra special. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The private beach is stunning, peaceful, and perfectly kept, offering an unforgettable experience. The staff were also very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was unbelievable clean , friendly team , happy staff , break fast was great , the put a lovely doll and cram and shampoo for my baby (nice)

The property is very well-designed with distinct areas to suit different needs: there is a quiet zone for adults seeking peace and relaxation, and a family area where children can have fun. Both the swimming pool and the beach are well maintained and provide a great atmosphere for everyone. Breakfast was a highlight, with a thoughtful touch of a small buffet dedicated to kids, alongside a wide selection for adults. Beyond breakfast, the hotel offers many varieties of restaurants, ensuring that guests have plenty of dining choices throughout their stay. What truly stood out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They genuinely care about their guests, and I particularly appreciated the cocktail gathering they organize to connect with visitors and gather feedback.A special thanks goes to General Manager Ms. Carla Puverel and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Roshan Liyanage, whose leadership and attention to detail are reflected in the excellent service across the hotel.

the room was nice and checking guy was kind also the lady at the lobby coffee shop.

The breakfast was dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. Once we were leaving the valet guy was just standing there watching us managing our own luggages ( we were 2 lady) overall it doesn’t deserve a price and rather a 4 star experience then 5
