Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas

We loved the summer staycation and beach ambience, the staff, the villa, the pool, the beach facility, the beach, the safety, the staff again, the buggy rides, the valet, the food, cave explorer. Wow and amazing <3

The property was expansive and the rooms spacious. The facilities, especially the pool and beach are worth mentioning. In addition, the tranquil and serene atmosphere added to the allure of the property. The proximity of the property to Saadiyat Cultural district is an added plus.

It is pricey.

Spacious nice breakfast excellent

The staff treatment is very bad they were late in delivering luggage said they went to another floor by mistake. Ordered adapters three took an hour to deliver one and after calling management took another half an hour to deliver. When we checked in took 35minutes before we check in

The amenities are top notch.

The services was poor compared to the price. It took such a long time to get room service. The same applied to beach staff. Some of the staff did not speak English well.

Everything is lovely and comfy and relaxing, especially the aqua blue beach .. The place is stunning and staff are v friendly..I'm in love with Rotana for more than 5 years now..

During my stay, I noticed that the walls of the room are not soundproof, which allowed noise from the neighboring room to disturb my rest last night. In addition, although the breakfast buffet is generous and offers a wide variety, the food lacks flavor and taste; this has been the same in my previous visits as well, and even my sister who joined me shared the same feedback

Swimming pool is amazing and big suit everybody. Rooms are comfortable. Room services are available all the time.

Price abit high

Location and the quality of the restaurants, specially the all day dinning: impressive. The beach is the best and resort lovely.

Looks like half of he winning pool area was closed in summer season, a bit odd because they don’t tell you in reception …. Also we had a very unfortunate episode on the swimming pool, we went to the adult reserved area and after 10 minutes there one staff member came to tell me those subbed are booked you have to go somewhere else. Excuse me? The whole area is for adults?! He then clarified us for the owner who likes hose sinners so they block them for him in case he will come…. He did not even offered to help me move my things and waited to tell me this after all my items were placed, I complained to the supervisor who came to apologize as indeed situation was vey poorly managed, they don’t know who am I and treated me very un respectfully . For the price you pay and the service overall in the resort it should be way better

The hotel is luxury and lovely, staff are friendly, the pool the beach are amazing! Breakfast has variety of options and delicious

It was a fantastic experience. The rooms and the staff were great. My 7 year old thoroughly enjoyed the experience and spent a lot of time in pool, kid’s play area and Ali Baba’s cave. She tried Mini Golf too!

The buffet was great for the most part. And the selection was great - especially the breads and cheese! I expected more seafood though and even the seafood buffet a bit seemed to not have enough choice on variety. But I can’t complain much as the buffet service and dine-in experience was excellent.

I like how clean the rooms with nice view And nice staff

Very beautiful

If they are some scoters or cikleClean the room was deadly There was different in treatment way from the staff

Location, Kids areas, Breakfast buffet

Bathroom cleanliness, Check-in process

Good food and good staff

The room,at the start it was dirty, and the bed sheets had stain on them, most of the floor had food rubbish and dirtyness

Lots of facilities and services to enjoy with very friendly staff.

Received a room call from the supervisor of reservation desk informing me that I need to check out without checking the system as I have extended my stay which caused some tension and frustration as she kept interrupting while I was explaining until I got in touch with the manager who immediately sorted out the situation with her and received an apology!

The hotel is magnificent and well equipped for families with babies. We were provided with a nice cozy crib for our baby. We did encounter a few issues with a late check in but the lead receptionists and staff were very helpful in addressing the issues and ensuring we have a pleasant stay. The desk service was responsive and polite. The rooms are of a reasonable size. Very good memories, we will return again.

Location

Had issue with the TV in most of our rooms and it turned on automatically during all night every time we turned it off. Which was sleeping disturbing

Beautiful hotel very clean high ceilings and well organized

The staff extremely friendly and supportive and always going out of their way to help and the pool is amazing . Especially the Fand B manager Alexandre she was amazing and very helpful

Clean and spacious rooms, beach.

We stayed in a suite — spacious and fairly comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room — as a family of three (two adults and a 13-year-old). We booked a room for three guests via Booking.com and left a note requesting an extra bed. We also reminded the front desk upon check-in, and the receptionist assured us it would be arranged. Unfortunately, nothing was done. We had to keep calling for several hours to finally get bed linens delivered and set up.It was also my birthday during our stay. My husband asked the hotel to arrange flowers as a surprise, with payment to be settled afterwards. They promised to take care of it, but nothing happened. In five-star hotels, even a simple birthday card signed by the manager is a thoughtful gesture — there was no such attention here.Sadly, the service fell short of expectations — more in line with a budget three-star hotel than a five-star property.

Everything. Staff v friendly everyone smiling all the time ..

The room service didn't put water bottle in my room for 2 nights
