Amazing staff and awesome biew

All was great.

Bed was comfy.

The rooms are clearly not soundproof, and I had trouble sleeping due to loud music from outside. Additionally, I was given a handicap-accessible room without being informed in advance. I appreciate that the hotel offers accessible options for guests who need them, but I believe guests should be notified beforehand if this is the only room available. I don’t think that was the case here, but I was too tired to address it at the time.

Its a great property and we have come back many times but the last time over

We had a traumatic experience during stay when a piece if jewellery was missing, the whole security team came looking for it in the whole room and the item reappears next day morning when we got back from the breakfastThe security confirmed noone came in to keep the ring as per the cctv, and started questioning us as if we hid it and we found it! And then they have send an applogy asking us to pay again at the same hotel and stay so they can offer a free upgrade as compensation.Not sure what happened, but the trauma of being questioned by the director of security as if we were the culprits is never going to go away from us!

•They put me in a non smoking room although I booked a smoking room •It was noisy and crowded you can hear everything in your room •The hotel is a bit old it needs a renovation

Spacious

The room was moldy and we inhaled all of it, couldnt be missed to put these on booking, we will further complain about it just didnt want to ruin our two important nights but we were completely disappointed such health matter in such name of the hotel can occur.

There were only two staff members handling breakfast for around 200 guests, which was unacceptable. The service was extremely poor and far below the usual Fairmont standards

Wow, luxurious property and facilities. Huge rooms, best pool ever! Staff very friendly and helpful. Impressive buffet breakfast.

Many facilities were old or very used or damaged. The perfume at the lobby was too k much strong.

I reached late than the check in time and during the check in in the reception they said the system is down, ok I did the reservation from booking with full payment the room should be ready for me

We stayed last weekend and had a great experience. At first, our rooms were not together despite my request, but the staff quickly resolved it and gave us two beautiful sea-view connecting rooms. Since it was my cousin’s birthday, they also surprised us with complimentary cakes in both rooms — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay very special.

Our stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is stunning — from the breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque to the relaxing pool and private beach, everything felt like a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and truly made us feel at home.What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. A special thank you goes to Ms. Shaniana, who was always there for us throughout our stay. Her professionalism, warm personality, and willingness to help at every step made a huge difference. She truly elevated our experience and we are very grateful for her support.We left with wonderful memories and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for leisure or business

We had a wonderful one-night stay for my birthday! We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely room upgrade and even treated to a delicious cake. Everything was perfect, and the thoughtful touches made the occasion extra special

The hotel has spacious room and possibly the best view in Abu Dhabi, the beach and swimming pools are beautiful, they have pool for kids as well.

Car valet can take some time depends on the time of the day

The Staff attitude and professionalism, how they care about all the details and work their best to make everything requested possible.The hotel itself is very beautiful and super clean.

I wish that they had more bars on the beach but I have been informed that it’s under renovation so, soon this will be not an issue.

The worst hotel experience in my whole life! i had to change the room 4 times because the bathroom was dirty in each roo

Everything

The property was stunning with a beautiful beachfront and well-maintained pool areas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. Staff were courteous and attentive, especially at check-in with Mr. Shiraz. Mazaj restaurant was amazing especially the service by Mr. Ahmed.The view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was a wonderful bonus.

- the staff was trainee and she told me to wait for 10 min to check up the room .. but i wait for more than 30 min - The shower was broken - after taking a nap the housekeeper knocked the door .. they let me checked in late after that the housekeeper knocked again !!!

While the overall stay was pleasant, there were a couple of inconveniences worth mentioning. Firstly, the bathroom doors did not have locks, which made it difficult to manage with young children and limited privacy. Additionally, the car park does not have direct access to the hotel, you have to take a left and walk outside to reach the entrance. It’s not a long distance, but still not ideal, especially when carrying luggage or with kids in tow.
