Pearl Rotana Capital Centre

Everything, specially the staff. Hossam at the reception was very welcoming, respectful and helpful.

Very organized, talented staff and excellent service

Easy access with professional staff

Nice room, comfortable.

Untrained staff and poor customer service. Which is enough to ruin a simple overnight stay.

Friendly staff and good location. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I traveled with my son, so the fully glass shower area was a bit uncomfortable. Although it was frosted it was still uncomfortable to shower with my son in the next room. The rooms were outdated for what we are used to in UAE hotels.

The room was spacious, everything was very clean. Breakfast was good

The bathtub was very slippery. And the location is a little bit far from downtown The breakfast did not have a lot of options. And there was a lot of miscommunication due to different languages

CleanlinessAmazing bedrooms The bed is hard though.

Quiet area.

Staff were super friendly and attentive. The room is spacious, and it had a desk if you were looking to work. There are different spaces inside the hotel where you can work quietly. The Location is fantastic if you were to go to the exhibition center just few minutes away. There is also a nice connivence store near by. Their breakfast was good and has a variety of options.

Given my room was facing the exhibition center and seems there was one exhibition ending the workers were working all way until dawn to take down structures around venue, i couldn't sleep from all the noise for few nights. Other than that all was great.

Clean and modern

I stayed at Pearl Rotana Capital Center yesterday, and I was truly impressed with this hotel. The entire property is extremely clean, neat, and well-maintained. The atmosphere feels calm and comfortable from the moment you walk in.The staff deserve special mention — they are attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt warm and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. And breakfast was extremely amazing with lots of healthy variety of foods. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We checked in at night, and he told me by 12 it will be your check out, I told him we came all the way fromSharjah, at least give us upgrade or late check out, but he didn’t agreed

I have booked the hotel with breakfast but it was not reflected in their system. Please do the needful. They took extra money from me

clean, location

smell of the room (as if some people smoked previously)

Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access

The place was clean and staff friendly.

It is a bit far from attractions. Also checkout letter needs to be reworded as not to offend customers.

We mentioned that we need non smoking room but you provided our guest with smoking room and he had to upgrade

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, close to everything I needed in Abu Dhabi, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Nothing in particular — everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Sper clean, great location, excellent breakfast and a very specious and comfortable room.
