Hyatt Place Riyadh Sulaimania

Everything Clean Comfortable Friendly staff Lovely facilities

That we had to leave

Simple business hotel

Repetitive food in buffet. Lower choices.

Friendly and helpful staff, good food and reasonably priced, spacious and clean room. Lots of restaurants near the hotel

Gym is a bit small and cramped

Check-in experience and cooperation of room service and housekeeping staff.

Exaggerated prices of in-room confectionery

1) What I liked most about the hotel was the excellent services provided & high quality of hotel rooms within the price range. Many hotels charge the same amount and offer much lower service standards. 2) The hotel is very clean. 3) The staff are extremely helpful. 4) The breakfast experience is unforgettable, with a variety of dishes from each cuisine.

Honestly, I can't categorize these as major cons, but I wanted to mention them so my review is comprehensive:1) I smelled a sewage-like odor near the elevators (especially near the basement). The smell wasn't strong, but it was noticeable. 2) The bathroom sink is designed more for washing.... In my opinion, this sink is not the most suitable for ablution.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The reception staff (especially the ladies)were always helpful and kind. The subway stop is only a 5-minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have been a bit better but I understand that in Ramadan time this may be a bit harder.

Reception staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Hotel was very clean, quite and perfect to rest. Room and stuff is very new and maintained. Everything was working properly.

Not much to say. A better welcome was possible since there was no one at hotel's entrance. Location is not good, there is nothing around, just empty plots.

Great staff, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a metro stop

Nice clear quiet place with spacious bedrooms. Breakfast has good variety and staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. High recommended.

Very cleanFree parkingGreat staffLocation is very good

The rooms are over priced

Everything was great, rooms are clean, comfortable, service is good, staff extremely kind, Wi-Fi works perfectly.

One criticism: The taxi company that the hotel works with is extremely expensive! They are kind, but I wouldn't recommend them because of the price - there are many cheaper options.

everything is perfect

location, reception, staff, clean all was perfect

Still have not received the invoice I requested three times by email now

Staff response especially at reception is not alligned between the different shifts. You receive each team a different answer depending to whom you speak.

Very affordable pricesWas cleanBed comfortableRoom spacious

Probably the only negative thing is there was no coffee machine in the roomBut other than that the hotel was amazing

Breakfast was good, staff was great.

Funny odour in the bathroom of my room.

Rooms were spacious. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and kind.

the area is very congested. Getting to and from there during rush hour is a little challenging.

Quick check in Just i like it

No bag service Theres no room isolation

The free Saudi dates were excellent :)the rooms are clean.the location is convenient.the staff were kind.

The fried eggs do lack the good homemade taste (they were blah with an after taste)the Arabic bread was not freshThe air freshener or the Chemical smell inside the room is not pleasant

Location is perfect

Service is horrible comparing to what I pay! Gym was closed for my entire stay I couldn’t enjoy making sport. Electricity was on and off during the stay…

I have a medical appointment at a nearby hospital and I have chosen the hotel.

The Hotel Parking was managed from somewhere inside the hotel as when you go inside the park, you need to ring the barrier bell and request the attendant to raise the barrier. This meant waiting to answer his questions: are you a guest, which room, your name the same routine questions. The parking lot barrier must be automated by opening it with the room magnetic card.
