Arto Aparthotel

I had an excellent experience with this apartment. The furniture and overall design were truly impressive—spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Unlike many furnished hotel units that often feel tight and cramped, this apartment offered wide, open areas and high-quality furnishings throughout. The bathroom and kitchen were also beautifully arranged, with well-designed fixtures and spotless surfaces. Overall, it was a wonderfully comfortable stay that exceeded the comfort level of many furnished hotels. Highly recommended. All prayers can be held at the side of the lobby. There is a nearby masjed within walking distance. You can hear the athan easily. the staff overall were friendly and welcoming.

However, I would like to mention a couple of small issues. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, and I couldn’t find a rubber squeegee to remove the water after showering. In addition, the number of towels and basic supplies provided was limited.

Clean and good location

Old furniture , no room service and expensive

Location, Cleanliness, Staff

Complimentary breakfast and laundry facility is not available

Neat, clean and comfortable

Very few utensils making a bit difficult to make own food for families.

Spacious and clean room with good furniture. Area is good with shopping malls and metro stations. Staff are very friendly and professional.

No heating system. The whole floor is marble with little carpets even in the bedroom. I had to ask for a heater. The refrigerator was freezing the food and its thermostat was malfunctioning.Location is generally good but you need to walk for 15 minutes to the nearest metro station and shopping area

The room are spacious and nice interior, the staff are friendly and nice, the location is near Othaim supermarket

Nice and clean rooms. Amazing staff, specially Mr. Khalid at the reception, a very pleasant guy! Would definitely come again

The location and layout of the apartments. The building in general

The pillows were not comfortable and there are annoying smells like pesticide at all three apartments

Spacious room with separate sitting room

Safe did not work. Staff could barely communicate in English. The room was not cleaned during the time I was there. There was a stove and fridge but No pots and pans

Below average room

Photos on booking.com didn’t reflect the whole room. Toilet toilet wasn’t flushed on arrival. Many unmaintained and broken accessories in the room. Very weak WiFi signal coverage.

Spacious apartment. Clean. And in a good location near everything

Quite and privacy

Laundry service not available

A large comfortable room and very friendly and personable service. Great location between two metro stations. Really enjoyed my stay.

Location 15 mins walk to Metro which was handy.Room was large and clean with decent shower.

Rooms downstairs no window so felt a bit dark- but this was the cheaper deal so that may be why.Not given much information on check in - language probably issue.

Cleanliness is really excellent. Rooms are spacious. Central location is great.

Noisy and pretty cold rooms as windows are not sealed properly.

Mr moneer at receiving was very helpful and helped me with early check in.Other staff was also helpful the place was clean also location is very good..it was a nice stay overall

Cleanliness from reception upThe smell was invigorating Them allowing delivery guys to come upstairs took a cup for me ? The bed was very spacious and comfortable Staff was super friendly and professional

Trash removal was a bit on a low sideNo cleaning services, even changing towels was a bit of a struggle

Large rooms, good location , friendly and helpful staff

Advertised as being an apartment but there are no kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cleaning or washing up materials. There was no satellite station for the television either.

Location, staff, cleanliness, facilities, size, furniture, and bathroom are all great.

Nothing. Everything is wonderful.

Nice and super clean new property , location is good as well , very good for families

Nothing much , underground should have been a plus but it’s not an issue as enough parking is available outside and they should have one English speaking staff as well
