The hotel was excellent in accommodating all our requests, including an early check-in and a late check-out. Service from every member of staff was exceptional, which led us to extend our stay to three days.When I became unwell during our stay, the hotel showed remarkable sensitivity and care. Even housekeeping was handled with great consideration,the team cleaned very quietly and thoughtfully, ensuring there was no disturbance.Overall, a beautiful experience marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to guest comfort. Very Highly recommended.

The Hotel building structure needs regular maintenance and the Hotel rooms need continuous maintenance especially the furniture, the curtains, and the bathroom accessories.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at the reception with a smooth and effortless check-in process. The room rate was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service and amenities provided.The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed — including a clothes iron, a complete toilet setup, complimentary water bottles, a hair dryer, slippers, and even shoe-cleaning supplies. The glass façade offered a stunning view of Riyadh, adding a touch of serenity to the overall experience.Housekeeping services were truly exceptional, ensuring that the room remained spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and absolutely delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the dining staff’s kindness and attentiveness — they even prepared a special meal for my one-year-old child.Another highlight was the convenient basement parking, which had a direct elevator to my room floor — a small detail that made a big difference in comfort.Overall, it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh. I’ll also be attaching some pictures and videos to show just how beautiful and well-maintained this property is.

The design was astonishing. Great location. The staff were greeting and very friendly. The room is extremely clean and spacious with a great view.

Location was OK

Unresponsive, trying to get my invoice since I left. System was down and even thought I sent multiple emails I still didn’t get it.

Location near metro was a big plus. Staff was outstanding. I thought the price was a little high.

The air conditioning at 3am began banging it woke me up, and this continued until morning. So I had a very restless nights sleep which made the stay disappointing. I had a very long day ahead. Rest of hotel was good

Very good clean modern spacious room

Food was way below average for such a hotel, pizza was like frozen pizza, and caesar salad had anchovies which wasnt very good, even the breakfast wasnt of high quality, tea wasnt hot, milk wansnt hot, omelette was below average

The room was spacious and well-sized, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast fell slightly below expectations, and the bed pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

Windows are not totally soundproof. You could hear the noise from the main street (my room was on third floor)A/C was not as cool as desired. Even after setting temperature to 14.5 inside room temperature felt like 20

Maintained its standards well. Food was great, and staff were very helpful.

Minor issues with the in-room thermostat and phones. And the water pressure in the bathrooms was too weak for my liking.

Not crowded, clean

No sound proofing inside or outside , drinking water is not enough, minibar extremely expensive, services are slow and expensive. AC didn’t cool properly, light switches are not user friendly

Hotel was modern and bright. We paid extra for the higher level city view. Valet parking was a great bonus. Staff were great. We were only there for one night as we had a booking at Le Petit Chef restaurant, which is on the ground floor of the hotel and highly recommended.Breakfast was nice and with a good selection of choices. There was also brunch available that looked great but we didn't have time to try it.

The facilities of the hotel and the most important part is the excellent support from the Concierge department especially from Mr. Akalanka and Mr: Saeed Front office manager, Ruba from the reception.

It is clean and easy to navigate through

The ac hits your head while in bed. It's either the AC or the bed is in the wrong location of the room. Makes, you sick. Yet I don't think all rooms have the same problem my room number was 1002.

I liked the Lounge Club and the Ramadan Suhur.

The Hotel’s interior decor and the outer architecture need more regular maintenance.
