Good restaurant, excellent staff

Housekeeping won’t clean room unless specifically informed to, and even then, they only do the beds and the bathroom and neglect to take out any trash.

I had specifically requested a quiet room for my stay, but unfortunately, the room I was given is quite noisy. This is very disappointing and not what I expected.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay at hotel.Despite requesting a quiet room, I was given one that was very noisy, which significantly affected my comfort.Additionally, the front desk service was extremely disappointing. The reception in-charge was frequently absent, and the desk was mostly being handled by a bellboy who lacked proper communication skills and was unable to assist effectively. This gave a very unprofessional impression and made basic communication unnecessarily difficult.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service for future guests.

The breakfast. I overslept so missed the free brekkie.The variety and quality of fresh fruit & vegetables.Stand outs were the vegetable & cheese omelet, best I''ve ever had and the freshly squeezed orange juice. So much food I had to ask for a doggy bag.Chef had made me a fresh omelet as I later discovered :)When I checked in the gentleman on Reception informed me there was construction next door and he'd given me a room as far from the noise as possible.After a 26 hour journey and 3am arrival, this was much appreciated. I slept like a baby.

Room little small but ok for only sleeping if I have some work I go to lobby or coffeehouse

Breakfast was awesome; location is cool for the purpose of my visit. I regularly stay in the Hotel during my visits to Riyadh.

Dinner options not very friendly

The reception staff were very cooperative they support and provide all what we need. I would like to thank the reception employee Rakan for his wonderful assistance.

Noisey, unclean, poor food, boring

The hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were cramped, with old furniture and an open shower design that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. To make matters worse, majority of the TV channels didn’t work.But the worst of all is the massive construction site next to the hotel, creating unbearable noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. The room was dirty — I even found biscuit crumbs under the bed.Breakfast was very poor and the food lacked variety, and offered no enjoyable options. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Very kind staff who let me check in early. The room was very cosy, clean and modern. Great location to explore the city and close to the airport.

Towels are dated I couldn’t even touch them, the minutes I checked in I was asked by the front desk about my preferred time to get my room cleaned which is a weird question, when I said I don’t know yet they said if you don’t tell us we won’t clean the room! The whole lobby lights are off during day time which made the lobby atmosphere so dull and dark, I had couple of meetings in the lobby which made me feel uncomfortable to receive people while the lights are off. I asked the front desk to turn the lights on but they said we only turn it on during night time save electricity cost. Imagine how would I feel about such hotel, not to mentioned breakfast is so low quality and nothing found there is fresh especially bread which were at least 2-3 days old. I’ll never stay there again
