Nice room, amazing shower, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space

Air conditioner turned on and off every couple of minutes and was annoying - everything else was excellent

Clean, quite and great location

Staff inefficient and did not attend to us in regads to assistance to have our iftar1. The hotel restaurant was occupied and reserved by one of the companies for corporate iftar the receptionist insisted that we cannot have our iftar in the resturant because its reserved. 2. When we called room service the room service was closed from 6-8 pm which is iftar time 3. Receptionist was asking us to have our iftar outside the hotelAfter i have tried to inquire the restaurant manager came and told me that the restaurant is not reserved and we can have our iftar. Ill communication and it efected our business schedule.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is very big. Spacious bathroom with great amenities.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very big with spacious bathroom. Great amenities.

Breakfast was high-end and not exorbitantly priced. Not bad considering there is nothing much around and it's in the DQ (Diplomatic Quarter). There is a washer-dryer & dishwasher in the room and they can give detergent...will have to remember to stay here if mid-way through a multi-week trip!

Gym is a little weak and pool is indoors only. No tanning - but maybe that's because of where it is.

The staff are amazing! The hotel is very convenient & the room is beautiful, comfortable & very clean.

Well located in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter, the room was spacious and nicely furnished. and the food excellent. But what stood out for me was how wonderful the staff were throughout the hotel, but particularly the reception team.

Gym was underwhelming.

Fresh design. Excellent amenities. And most importantly amazing staff that are helpful, friendly and effective..

Very nice location and excellent services, specially the hospitality of Mr.Abdullah AlDahlawi and his team.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable stay all round - fantastic customer service.

Noisy AC, didn’t sleep well.

I came directly from airport to attend scheduled meeting in Diplomatic quarter near by the hotel around AM 9:00 , I stoped by the hotel to keep my bag until end of the day to come back for check in- I found two ladies their names are Lujain and Bayan they have welcomed me in a very lovely way as if as you visit a person who is very close to you at his home , I informed them about my request to keep my bag , surprisingly they mentioned we have an unoccupied room you can check in now and you can take a small rest if you have a time before your meeting . Really this a very appreciated a attitude that you can’t find in most of hotels . Although I didn’t have time but I went and kept my bag and moved to the meeting however , I can’t forget their smiles , their way of welcoming me and check in at AM 9:00.

Great location, less traffic noise, safe

Clean

The location in a secure area , and there are police everywhere asking for IDs , and searching cars

Nice rooms.. very clean

Not many choices for F&B

friendly & cooperative staff great locationclean & quite place to stay

Facility & location & decoration

I think that it needs a small office for business needs (if any) along with panue in the toilet.I also has complained about small issue and they understood, as I’ve found shaving tools opened and they forgot to change it with new one

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm professionalism that was most welcomed after traveling over 10 hours with a toddler. They upgraded our room and the breakfast was the best-curated buffet I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Everything was fantastic.
