Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Olaya

The gym is bad. Why don?t they just have free weights and barbells, and working bikes? 99 percent of exercise can be done w those, you don?t need expensive machines at all in gyms, they?re a joke most of the time

Big room, clean, bright, nice location and lobby

Room view of the iconic Kingdom Tower, bed, linens and towels, in short the whole room is perfect.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in, without a doubt. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, 24 hour front desk (we got in at 3am) and an incredible breakfast service. The food was made with care and everything was fresh each morning. Babaganoush, zaatar lebnah, and the homemade bread were especially noteworthy. As a foreign couple, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We accidentally stayed in a smoking room, but it wasn’t that noticeable. Make sure you mark non smoking if you are not a smoker

Location

One of the room 410 given to us there was wall behind the window and terribly dark and no suitable.

The location is between Kingdom and AlFaisliah Towers by King Fahad Street so you nearby the attraction areasAlso the hotel its self is great on term of cleanse, friendly & helpful staff, car parking is wide & multi-stores, its also have chargeable parkings for the Electrical & EV cars ??.Overall we strongly recommending the hotel for accommodation in Riyadh if the location aligned with your visit purposes

We understand that finding a suitable parking spot can sometimes be challenging. We are continuously working to improve the availability and accessibility of parking for everyone. Your patience and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated. We strive to make your experience as convenient as possible. We hope to see improvements in the near future.

My check-in experience was very bad. The staff told me to contact Booking.com because they “couldn’t help me.” I had a confirmed reservation on Booking.com, but the hotel claimed they didn’t receive my information. The Booking.com agent called me saying the hotel wasn’t answering and asked me to hand my phone to one of the staff, who passed it inside without asking. They still didn’t solve the issue, so the agent had to contact the manager, who told her to cancel my booking so he could make a new one himself.

The view, the furniture, how clean, the area in Ryadh

The shampoo

Clean, spacious, great location (near by metro station 4 min walk), and great parking basement

Location, reception staff were cooperative, also the hotel is clean

Pillows in the toom were not comfortable

Good central location near many restaurants and parking around the hotel is easy

Furniture is bit dated

Amazing hotel, very comfortable stay. Quiet and polite staff. Rizwan at the reception was amazing and made sure I was satisfied. Food was delicious. Service was fast. 10/10

Simple and comfortable

They need to clean the room with care , some food on the floor from the previous guest

location

A very old carpet makes a bad smell on rooms and corridors as well. TV channels are The TV channels are very limited, especially for sports. It would be great to add more options, like the Saudi league channels and the free beIN Sports and beIN Sports News channels.

I was impressed by the courteous service and warm welcome from the hotel staff. The cleanliness, prime location, and spacious parking facilities made the stay even more enjoyable.

Good location

Old furniture and the breakfast was not good

Clean hotel, breakfast is nice and suitable for quick business vists

Room service was delayed even though i asked to do clean up, but they ignored me. The price is somehow expensive.
