Gloria Inn Riyadh

I like the facility the staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming.. it’s the closeness to all of my shopping place.. close to train station and easy to find taxi.

I like everything

They didn’t serve breakfast buffet because the guests with breakfast were less than 15 and at the same time when we went for breakfast 12 people were there at their resturant.

The Rooms were noisy and they had only one man from house keeping to take care of all the rooms. So the services were delayed

Staff is cooperative, and the facilities are good , breakfast is acceptable despite it needs some improvements

Location is very crowded and constant traffic digestion makes it difficult to get in and out to any location in Riyadh ,Bathroom needs more innovation as it is old ,

Safe place specially to ladies travelling alone or groups. There Restaurant also offers good food ?

The area where the hotel is located is very degrading, with many destroyed buildings and rubbish on the street. It is not an area that makes us feel safe.As for the hotel, my room in the air conditioning area had a giant ball of fluff, the shower is old, and if you take too long in the shower the water starts to come out.The breakfast is very limited compared to other hotels.

What I liked least was the area, because they called it Old Town and in my country that means the old part of the city where the real history, markets, etc. are. And what happens is that there are markets that sell a lot of clothes, but the buildings are destroyed, it almost looks like a war scene.

Staff is so coperative ,clean all area ,and respectable enviornment

Clean, they provide us a room with a great view... also free parking.

Pricey compared to those in the city center like olaya st. The breakfast is average.

The room had dust on all surfaces, which I didn’t like, but the food was great, service was quick, and reception was friendly. The location is near Qasr Al-Hokm and Al-Muqayliah.

‏The room had so much dust on all surfaces that when I touched it. It was uncomfortable and caused me some breathing issues.

The location is very good close to the down town, and main metro satiation. it was very clean, wide and very good AC The breakfast has got every thing you need to break your fast. Free parking. Staff are very helpful

All the staff was good, but One Sudan national receptionist was exceptional in his attitude and support.

location close to the market and bus stand

The employees good

The location is very bad.very noisy because the street. No hot water, it finished in 3 min

It is an average type of a hotel. Not bad at all

Provision of toiletries are incomplete. Shower water heater is not constantly working. The cars horning outside is too loud.

Nothing much

Not clean, food not good, location not great

location on main road very noisy. Dirty carpet.

location and cleanness

The staff was so kind, the Rooms were so clean & the privet park for each guest the stay was so good for a short period.

Location / Because of the construction & closing some roads it was difficult to drive & reach to your point on time.

Location of the hotel

Room was dirty especially carpet in the room was not clean. No value of money.

I really enjoy the in-room dining, especially the grilled prawns and breakfast. They're absolutely delicious!

I wasn't happy with the location, and the view from the back side of the room was quite unpleasant.

The Location was easy to go, clean and perfect staff and very good breakfast

Comfortable place to stay near the old city.

Hard to walk in the area due to major highway. One side of the hotel it was very noisy at night due to the sounds of traffic.

Cleanliness and comfortable. Market nearby

Rates are too high for solo travelers. Should have given discount as it late check in
