Some of the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was terrible. There was dust or other participles in the tea they made. Rooms were not cleaned on time and you can't have more than 2 bottles of water. It is 8 riyal 2 bottles. Don't advise anyone. Not worth for this amount.

Very Expensive for the Value delivered, Muhaideb Hotels was much better in the past , nowadays it is disaster. Bad smell for toillet , no maintenance, no breakfast buffet - only very small meal come to the room which was very small and very poor in variety. fees should be reduced at least 50% for this level of service, I will not visit any Muhaideb Hotel again although I was loyal to their faciliaties in the past.

Stay should be worth for the money spent. Food, food service and its arrangements are poor

Room and bed was not clean, bathroom was bad and water takes long time to drain and tiles white patches were all over the place, Room cleaning never happened for the complete stay and noteven the water being refilled, I am really disappointed with booking.com to have this property and it was my bad decision to choose as well.

The hotel is a premium place, the front of staff, sems to be Egyptian, don't have manner to talk. Very orthodox mentality people. The room boy and room service boys were having better manners than that front office masri. If family or single women, i don't recommend this hotel, due to such a cheap mentality staff.

To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that the complimentary water provided is limited to only two bottles, and the response implied that I should manage my needs accordingly or have any additional items charged to my bill.I found this approach quite unaccommodating, especially considering the situation.
