Executives Hotel / KAFD

The complementary toothbrush in the room was out of the plastic packaging and toothpaste was removed. The toilet kept running water after flushing. The lights inside the wardrobe cupboard would not go off. Otherwise, a great experience at a good price.

Cleanliness, staff and location

I selected this hotel as it has an indoor swimming pool so, took my wife and kid to enjoy the weekend but when approaching the pool, we were prevented by the staff telling us that it is not allowed for kids! That was really a chock for my kid and we decided to leave on Friday and not to stay till Saturday

Courteous staff, location, facilities, comfortable bed, and the KAFD view

Parking

Great hospitality team. Reliable wi-fi. Spacious rooms.

Really can't think of anything fundamental.

the location of the hotel is great, 15 minutes away from the boulevard. so, you won't stuck in traffic that much.

no valet parking and very tiny parking at the basement which we had to park the car some area near the hotel.wasn't impressed with the house keeping!

It’s very clean and a great location

The staff are lovely

My Favourite place to stay in Riyadh Staff are amazing, 2 min. Check in , rooms are comfortable , clean and well maintained Breakfast is good

Breakfast Needs more variety

Clean and wide Rooms with prime location.

Barking area needs improvement,

If you would like to visit Riyadh for conference , course or business meeting this your area it is fully quipped with all the equipments that you need . From its name it is an executive hotel . Thus , it is equipped with meeting rooms , desks and comfortable room to rest after a long day . It is clean and spacious . the housekeeping is always available . The reception is friendly and helpful big thanks to hammad . Last but not least location is great and near the main attractions.

Location, cleanliness, security

No parking. The underground Parking was terrible very narrow absolutely unsafe. No outside parking available!

Location .. Room size .. clean ness .. staff (Receptionist) .. Breakfast

But expensive during the summer season

The staff, room and location.

Breakfast could be better.

Close to KAFD, but I wish there was a walking path to KAFD, the hotel was clean and the rooms size was amazing

Thee road was a problem for me entering and exiting due to construction also coming from the street it’s not clear that there is an entrance

Location and view in KAFD

Lack of parking for large cars. Additionally, thin walls. I could hear my neighbors loud and clear

Very clean and convenient to meeting locations.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

cleanliness of the hotel

i requested an early check out( one day earlier that booked departure date) from the receptionist and requested me to send an email to the reservation team after i talked to Booking. never replied to me and followed up multiple times and still not heard from them until now

Location

The parking area is very dangerous for car as my car get damage because of entrance and they did not keep any signal or plastic rubber to save our car , even I send to them email and no one reply .

Staff was pleasant

Bed was VERY hardThe hot water was very sketchy. It would switch up more than once during the shower.Last night and morning ther was no hot water and fro that price you'd think there would be more urgency to solve it but no.

Spacious and modern room, nice outdoor coffee place, good breakfast
