Great hotel and staff. Comfortable bed and a large room with all the necessary amenities. Also ordered food, and I would say it was reasonably priced and tasty.

However, the hotel is on a busy main avenue, so I slept with earplugs. I think the windows could have been double or top quality to absorb the noise, as you can clearly hear the traffic when you try to sleep.

The ac does not work, I changed the room but still the ac doesnot fucntion well. the drain of the shower doesnt work causing the water to flood everywhere in the toiler, I complaint and received response but next day again the drain doesnt work

The view from the room was excellent.The pool, sauna and steam room were all in excellent condition.Lots of options were available on TV.

The room lacked cleanliness. Shower cover had a leak. Telephone was not working. The worst part was that booking.com showed free breakfast, but restaurant staff didn't have this info.

The room is very quiet, which is a perfect getaway from the city noise. They also upgraded my deluxe room to a suite! It was great.

The WiFi was quite lacking on the 12th floor, and upon my first arrival, I had it mixed up with another property with the same name. This one is on the main street!

The staff was friendly. Room was quiet and clean.

When I checked in, they gave me a room on the 12th floor; however, the Wi-Fi and the room telephone were not working, and it was hard to get a signal for my phone. However, when I asked the receptionist to replace my room, they were friendly enough and changed my room to a better one.

My confirmed booking was canceled by property No refund since 2 months, I contacted the property and they took the money but don’t want to return I feel very bad, even my booking was canceled and I had to search for new booking, I paid and no one have the interest to solve my problem

My booking wasn't available when I arrived to the hotel (as the hotel was overbooked) and they moved me to another that was 5 minutes drive away, the receptionist was decent as well to be honest and it was ok for 1 night stay. But y should I book a 4 stars hotel and end up in 3 stars hotel and in different location

Great kitchen service, selection for breakfast was great and good meals for dinner. Good drinks and location was close to Boulevade City which helped given Riyadh's traffic. Also close to the new Metro service

Cleanliness, toiletpaper often not replaced, face towels same. Many of the front desk staff didn't seem to speak alot of english or know many activites for tourists.

The quickest check in I have ever experienced, and they accepted early check in at ease.

Despite booking at this hotel only 2 days before my travel date and it was a non-refundable booking. I was surprised that the receptionist told me that they don't have an available room and referred me to Swiss Spirit, which is 5 minutes drive from the hotel, yet its a 3 stars, where I paid the same amount of 4 stars hotels

They asked for cash grantee despite my booking was through booking and i paid for my stay on advance extra amount of money was requested as grantee ! totally unacceptable.

Room is very nice, and I like the small things like shaving tools and toothbrush

Breakfast was not as good as my expectations. Bakery was not fresh, and quality was not good enough.
