The place feels newly refreshed. The location works well if you have your own car, and they offer basement parking, which is convenient.

The shower area needs improvement. The showerhead works well, but the water overflows and leaves the entire bathroom floor wet. One more recommendation to at least have complimentary bottled water was provided upon arrival. We didn’t request any at first since we had our own. The next day, however, it took two follow‑ups to request bottled water, and we were repeatedly told it was on the way.

Location map given in the booking confirmation email is wrong and spent 1 hr in traffic to locate it.Google search is giving correct location. Please correct it.

Only the location

Every other thing was bad. Very dirty and filthy, the smell is unbearable, the bedsheets were dirty. The door card didn't work and had to be unlocked by a key. This hotel should be downgraded to a hostel (a dirty one) and should be inspected by authorities. I don't know how they allow such hotel to still function in the heart of the Saudi capital.

Property is well maintained, and the staff is very professional. Reception staff is very helpful.

It’s good value for money, but I paid more than the price mentioned here by around 100-200 SR. The location is good.Staff were friendly, they allowed a late checkout.

The furniture is in bad shape not well maintained, the door and floor also are in bad condition. The breakfast had very limited choices and the smell wasn’t pleasant, juice was not fresh I think it’s powder and water. I wouldn’t recommend you to eat there. The sign is written in Arabic only and I got confused when I arrived there if it was the same hotel or not.

The room could have been cleaned better, needed better service from housekeeping to clear up dust from carpets & the air condtioner, which was not received and no regular cleaning offered unless asked.

The apartments are very spacious & comfortable, check in process was quick, staff very responsive to guest's needs, location is decent & quiet, fuel station & departmental store next to the hotel

Very Bad experience

The Room was not clean and we have to vacate the room in one day instead of 2, the room was dusty without cleanliness and towels was dirty and did not get our refund back.

Room and Location are very good. Staff also very good. This time view from the room was not good. Last time the view was nice.

Clearing the waste bins daily is better. Also changing the towels and bed sheets also good if it is a daily basis.

Hotel location is good

Basement parking entry and exit is very bad, very difficult to drive through. No available parking space at ground level. Toilet seat was shaking. Pillow covers and carpets were below average. Certainly not a 4 star hotel.
