The coffee was not good, there were limited choices, and the breakfast did not offer much variety.

The bed’s mattress was very cheap and uncomfortable. The bathroom has a sewage smell. The bathtub was blocked and the water drainage was very slow. The shower handle was leaking water from the sides.

Personal staffing was very polite

Breakfast was awful and noisy, kids coming from the pool all wet picking up on the buffet. Was disturbing to the point I decided to have breakfast somewhere else.

Clean and good

There was maintenance works at the door of our rooms which was very noisy and disturbing .Very inconvenient

The location is PERFECT. Behind the hotel is a plaza called AWAL PLAZA, has cafes, food, coffee & co-op. The breakfast was amazing daily. The receptionist upgraded us to a suite which was really appreaciated.

Very poor and disorganized operation.Receptionist call me to clarify if I am willing to extend my stay, I explained i booked for 4 nights but he denied. I came later to another receptionist and he explained that there is no problem in my booking and he apologized for inconvenience.Poor room quality: No window, poor plumbing (bathroom sink is leaking) when you shower the whole bathroom is wet and floor is slippery.Some staff member has poor communication, neither Arabic nor English.It is clear that the room is not maintained regularly, telephone wire was off and damaged, no refills on laundry bags and forms.

I actually had to shift to Grand Plaza Al Dhabab for locational reasons, and the Manager Mr. Mohammed Rashad was of excellent support and hospitality in this. My decision to move to Al Dhabab branch was great as We enjoyed very much the stay, my companions and myself, vis-a-vis Hospitality, Quality of Setvice, and Staff Friendliness.

Didn’t have shower on my 1st night. 2nd night the air cons is not working.

What I liked about my stay:•The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible area.•The beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep.•The receptionist was friendly and welcoming during check-in.What I didn’t like:•The property is very old and poorly maintained. The room had several issues, including a broken glass table top, damaged drawers and closet doors, peeling wallpaper, and other signs of wear and tear.•The facility amenities were disappointing. The gym was a small room with broken equipment, including a non-functional treadmill. More seriously, the elevator malfunctioned—its door opened while the car was not aligned with the floor, posing a safety hazard.•Housekeeping was below standard; the room was not properly cleaned.•Although my reservation included breakfast, there was no open buffet. Only 3-4 limited dishes were available and delivered to the room, which was quite disappointing.•Most of the hotel staff appeared tired and unapproachable, lacking the hospitality expected in such an establishment.•The pricing is not justified by the quality of service or facilities offered.•The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall experience.

Nothing much

This is a rundown hotel. Bathroom title backered . You can feel the wooden base of the bed through the mattress. All furniture old and some replaced with irrelevant items.

Helpful staff, ok but little variety to the breakfast, very good cleaning standards, quiet room.

Room had no ventilation or natural light. The pool was drained and closed. It wasn’t cheap (including the breakfast) and I’d paid a premium to enjoy a swim, sauna and gym. The gym’s multi gym was broken, no weights and only two cardio machines, no sauna as also broken. A short walk to the closest bus stop, but a mile or two away from a metro station and any tourist spots.
