It stated in the booking the things available in the room specially kithen things but according to staff it is not provided

The service not good , no towel and asked them to clean but no one clean the room

No Towel, No Water. Literally only a place to sleep overnight and leave. We can book a lodge or hostel for half the price with such facilities in Riyadh. The low price is due to almost zero services in hotel. Even the worst hotels atleast have water in the room for customers.

Avoid ground floor rooms - too much noise from reception and elevators. AC is very loud as well. Property needs extensive maintenace. Most of personnel do not speak english. Be careful after shower as whole bathroom will be flooded. No wifi. No breakfast options...

pillows were uncomfortable, hard and thick, bathroom smelled a little pipeline, shower water would flow on to bathroom floor big time

The location is near everything you need.

Cleanness of sheet is bad, covered in hair and tony insects room 105 bathtub looks like its been burned and utterly disgusting

The beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly, cooperative and helpful.

Overall all was good. Not enough sockets for your own appliances.

I liked the studio apartment, it was big and clean.

They offered a studio for People with Disabilities (PwD). So everything was a bit low and that was uncomfortable. They also did not offer any toiletries.

I like Baron Place.Good location,friendly and helpful stuff..Highly recommanded.

The location was great.. They are so nice.. So helpful. They try to make you happy..

Smoking was every where I have allergies .. The furntur is very old.. Even it was damaged. The sofa is very old and not comfortable.

TV doesn´t work. Poor mattress.

My room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette included an electric stove which was a good addition to a microwave.

Rest room was not so clean. Needed a touch up. That's the most important room in any apartment. No sign for the qibla in the room which was strange.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, water pressure in the bathroom - excellent.

Lack of sockets near the bed.

Location was good for me but not in city center.

The worst wifi in the whole saudi arabia peninsula is there. No one even came to empty the trash cans for 5 days.
