The worst WIFI service ever

Furniture can be better and more convenient

Bed was good, deep and soft, fridge working well, cleaning is good, pool clean and cooled down during day time, good laundry.

Rooms with old stuff, floor 20 years wasn’t repaired, noise from children ground was to loud in room, air conditioners alder then 15 years for sure, hold wing with tape and uncontrollable, or cold like during ice age, or hot like in hell. Each day need come to reception for renewing a card entrance, for 2 weeks was annoying to much… WI-FI is terrible!!! Never even try to download something…

The stench of cigarettes in the rooms and washroom was very strong and unbearable

Washrooms is very old and toiletries were not provided.

They didn’t tell us about mini bar charges and once I check out this charge extra. Which I ask and they said if you use you have to pay. But there is no information they put in room or website or admin office. That’s why I claim this money back from booking. Com

The room was very good but the wifi was too bad. Actually neither my laptop not my mobile was able to connect to their wifi. In other words, I couldn't do any work while at the hotel.

The interior is quite old and needs improvements: Air condition units are noisy, broken grills, many light bulbs to be replaced, shower....etc WIFI coverage is poor.

I'm staying at the same hotel for the last 5 years, but seems that there was no maintinance for the last 3 years.very bad AC bad TV, living area need to be change as its became very old...its an old hotel that need alot of care

Property is old and no support staff available for transporting luggage.Cleaning as not done after 1 night stay. Power points are old type. The rate was too high

not clean. door were damaged. hard to close the toilet door and luck it. floor was super dirty. refrigerator was hot. sockets damages our mobile and hair dryers

very basic and it was cold as, the facility doesn't have its own dinning area.

Almost everything. My room was actually on a street. Couldn't sleep for 2 nights. They promise to change my room the very next day but, it didn't happen. Bathroom was filthy.

Hotel has an excellent location, rooms are spacious and quiet environment.
