Very very noisy at night . Breakfast had a good selection but eggs etc were cold and we were told that the microwave was broken when we asked for our food to be warmed up.

The room needs renovation, including furniture and bedroom and bathroom refurbishment. The room price was high compared to the hotel`s facilities...

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staffs are also good. They have functional window which i like.

The food options in the restaurant wasn't enough. They should add more. They should maintain the bathroom fittings regularly.

Clogged toilet bowl and smelly exhausts fan from the comfort room.

We had access to the meeting room to sit and work and room was very spacious

The air freshener used was very stong and made it hard to breath in the common areas

Very bad smell inside the room and the staff personal hygiene was near to null that i had to leave my breakfast.And i have complained to the reception staff that this an important if not the most important thing in Hospitality is personal hygiene of the staff.??????

The location is amazing and the people at the front desk were great. The beds and pillows were very good too, the room is big, spacious.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower, the window was broken and I could hear the cars all night long as it would not close properly. Furthermore, they started working and hitting with hammers on my floor at 8am without any regard of the costumers and I had to call front desk to get that stopped. These small things make a huge difference.

I had a pleasant experience at the Ewaa Express Hotel. The location is lively and central with many dinning and shopping options nearby. Its a walking distance to the popular kingdom tower. There is also a metro station few meters away. The breafast was great with many options and replenishment was steady. The room is very nice with comfortable bed, pilows and beddings. There is also a kitchenette with micro wave and dishes and cutleries provided.

We spent nice Eid holidays in the hotel.. it was nice & quiet large room .. comfortable stay

Elevator Lobby need to fix some wall cladding opened for maintenance

The location is excellent, conveniently close to all necessities, and the room is clean and satisfactory, perfectly suited for a short stay.

The pricing could be more aligned with the business hotel concept.

The location of the hotel is very close a main street. There a lot of cafe and restaurant choices. Because of Ramadan the breakfast was sent to room which was good. The iron and iron table is ready in the room. Staff directly and immediately interested on my complaints.

The time period was in Ramadan so the Sahur time is set to until 02:30 which is too early. I had some complaints about the room ( not working boiler, not working shower drain)

We was allowed to check out at 1.30pm

You get bikes for free which are terrible loose seats, flat tyres, no breaks. Terrible!!The swimming pool is 3m x 3m tiny absolutely freezing coldThe gym there is not any dumbells, plates, bars or machine except one chest machine cant call it a gym. The room was cleaned once during a 6 day stay. There was workmen literally knocking through the hotel form one building to next door it was insane the noise and the emergency exit stairs still being worked onStaff except one man behind the desk were rude was asking them what to do in the city, where to go, nice restaurants just nothing back i asked put google translate on there phone may be easier just looked away. And the WIFI IS DIABOLICAL ABSOLUTE DISGRACE UTTER DISGRACE THREE DIFFERENT WIFI TO CONNECT AND ALL THREE ARE AWFUL. HONESTLY do not waste your money here. Hope it changes for the world cup it they think customers may want to stay there but there services and attitude has to change in my humble opinionAs ramadam breakfast delivered to our room he would knock non stop till we answered wether 8am 88.30 or 9am what ever time they chose they would knock, we asked for fruit and certain stuff just nothing a one egg omlette. Look at the photos the wifi says connected but never does. What a crazy place

Noise coming from street. I had a room in the front of the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the street, hardly blocked by the windows.

The location

Room are not modern and need a lot of renovation. They did not look like the pictures at all. When I checked in the bed sheets, pillows and covers had stains. The hotel changed them but without any further compensation and did not show much concern. WIFI was terrible There were issues with the water. Sometimes hot water was not available so I couldn't use the water to shower whenever I wanted. I had to call housekeeping to adjust the hot water.

Everything and everyone was amazing, except for one short Indian gentleman at the breakfast....he would not smile. He would never greet, yet of a Person of the country walked in, he would loudly greet. Seemed like a sour racist person. However the Bangladesh guy that comes to clean my room is a 10/10, give him a promotion But the Breakfast staff are unpleasant and very miserable, makes having breakfast so unpleasant and unenjoyable.
