Good rooms with all facilities. Bit outer with limited shops and restaurants near by.

The apartment is spacious.

The beds are not comfortable. There are ants in the apartment. There were no TVs in the rooms.

Perfect for us during our stopover in Riyadh. Not far from the airport. Very comfortable and clean.

Not an issue as such really, maybe couple of towels and extra toilet roll would be good. We just had 1 of each (family of 4)

Cleanness of the bed sheet

Smell of the toilet although it was clean but there was bad smell we couldn’t use the toilet because of the smell I think because of bad building construction.Nobody helps with league check in and check out, ( unwelcoming attitude)Cost does not equal the value.

Challenging parking spot especially at the basement due to tight space. However, the good thing is you will always get parking in there

The size of the room was good

The room needs a lot of maintenance. Redo the paintings and the bathroom door could not be closed. Price is high and quality is low.

basement parking is small for large cars , the room walls needed some touch ups after wear & tear that happened with time .

only that the price was reasonable

the location was wrong in booking.com when i arrived they were like this is not the tower you booked on you have to go to a almost 750 meters walking with our luggage because there are no taxis near the area !!!!!!!then when i arrived to the other building they gave us an apartment that does not lock because there was a damage on the door.in the second night i woke up because the AC split was dropping water on my face while sleeping can you imagine !!!!
