The location

Very expensive

It was nice location but crowded and staff did their best, they lack training certainly

Very crowded area. Many people hanging in the lobby didn’t feel comfortable walking in or out. Entrance was busy you would stay in the car for 10 mins to reach the hotel entrance, and no u can not walk because it is in the middle of street and there is construction on the other side. They managed the valet service poorly, they would wait for people to fix themselves in the car while other cars are waiting in the back!!! And when i arrived for drop off they refused to let me out !!! They asked the driver to go in the front for “valet” i had to YELL at them that this is a drop off!!!!! Which can be evident there is a double standard in the treatment. In the end, It’s more of a 4 star hotel dressed as a 5 star hotel

The furniture is a bit old.

Everything about the stay was excellent, from the professional and welcoming staff to the clean, luxurious, and very comfortable spa suite. The private jacuzzi, steam shower, and in-room massage tables created a truly relaxing and memorable experience, complemented by great facilities, reliable Wi-Fi, and a prime location.

It would be a great addition if the hotel could offer optional spa or massage treatments and essential oils that can be used directly in the suite, either included or available for an additional fee. This would enhance privacy and allow guests to enjoy the spa facilities without needing an in-room masseur.

The location

The bathroom is a bit small and the room is dark but I didn’t mind it that much since I’m always out.

My stay at Narcissus Hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Mr. Omar, who assisted me with a problem with my car. I would also like to thank Mr. Ahmed Ramadan, the supervisor of the sixth floor, for his kindness and for ensuring the room was always clean and well organized.Special thanks to the Saudi chef responsible for preparing the liver at breakfast, for his care and for making sure nothing was missing from my meal. I will definitely stay here again.

The location and a wonderful gentleman named Ahmed who was head of housekeeping on the 6 th floor. He was so helpful in sterilizing breathing equipment I use daily.

Nothing wrong — than breakfast should take care of assistance guess much better to be seated and introduce guest to the two area of buffet because most guest setting in the first section while the main course is hiding on other section —

Property are so clean and smell good. Design of the hotel are amazing.

Instead, I was met with repeated rudeness at the front desk, an uncooperative early check-in process despite my long flight from the U.S., and an insulting accusation at checkout about a minibar item I never touched — a stick of chewing gum. I paid the charge, but I left hurt and embarrassed.After I submitted my review, I was contacted multiple times by a hotel representative via WhatsApp — at inappropriate hours — and sent emotionally manipulative messages including false accusations, legal threats, and personal attacks. I no longer felt safe.I’m sharing this review not to harm the hotel, but to warn future travelers. A luxury stay should never leave you feeling harassed, disrespected, or intimidated — especially after you’ve checked out.

The room was elegant and the design was beautiful. The restaurant on 9th floor had a nice atmosphere and the location is very central.

The reception staff were consistently rude and unhelpful throughout my stay — not just at checkout, but every day. I arrived from the U.S. around 9:00 AM after a long flight and had to pay extra for early check-in with zero flexibility or empathy. At checkout, they accused me of opening chewing gum from the minibar — which I did NOT touch — and still charged me. It felt insulting, especially after spending so much on my stay and dining. Extremely disappointed in how I was treated.

Most of the staff were amazing !

1- the smell of smokes coming from the lounge2-in the evening a couple of nights my son had to deal with !? Guards at the elevator areas who were unprofessionally asking weather he is stying or not ( as if they wouldn’t let him get to his room) even after he showed them the keys ( which are mandated to be able to get to the floor) !! that was degrading and frustrating we were in the hotel for 6 days!
