Location and staff

The elevators require proper maintenance.The basement elevator is frequently out of service.The water pipes generate excessive noise.There is an unpleasant odor coming from the shower and faucets water supplied.The carpets emit an unpleasant smell.The television channel selection and quality are unsatisfactory.

Central location, value for money. Definitely will be staying there againThanks to Mr. Abbasi on the reception great person.

there was a bad smell out from the toilet of the room although the room was in the second floor

The location was good, the staff affable and getting help was easy.

No breakfast included.

The bed was excellent—comfortable, soft, and relaxing. The room smelled pleasant and everything was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the check-in staff were fast, efficient, and provided great customer service.

It’s time to refresh the room amenities for a better guest experience. Consider upgrading the carpet and ensuring the full amenity set is always provided in the bathroom, including toothbrush and shaving kit. Pillows should also be improved—please provide larger, more comfortable options and maintain the standard four pillows instead of just two.In the coffee station, kindly place two proper ceramic mugs; only one was available, and please avoid plastic teaspoons, as they are not suitable for mixing hot beverages. Wooden or bamboo stirrers would be a healthier and more premium alternative.For entertainment, upgrading the television units is highly recommended, as the current ones are outdated. Lastly, it would be ideal for the housekeeping staff to keep their voices low in the hallways to avoid disturbing guests.

Very close to metro station

No lift from parking to the floor i stay in.. not good for whom dislike using stairs. Price is unstable . To renew, U may pay 3x the price that u paid for previous day.

The cleanliness and value

No internet connection in rooms. Very weak signal No enough bathroom materials

Location was next to my office, hence it was good.Room size was good.

Fruits were missing. Only tinned fruits were available.Wifi was terrible. Most of the time it didn't work.The bed was sagging creating back ache.

The hotel old but gold , The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow, and parking could be a bit limited.

Perfect location specially Mr Atif is really helpful and kind always. Always guide well and his hospitality on top. Mr Atif is very very professional

Night time there is front desk man from Bangladesh it's very very rude always. Not professional 1%. Always speak with customers rudely like he is the owner of hotel. Very bad behavior I don't know how can we survived here.

I wish they could add more facilities in the pool like lights,shower, ornaments,etc.....

I have been in this property for several times now and I keep on booking this property because of its location, services and cleanliness.
