Ask me to pay 50 SR while checking up, they said this is the rate although I paid complete price when checked in, I was frequent customer who bring other customers and I stop visiting the hotel. Paying more and keeping transparency and courtesy is more important than the price. The corridor smells like comfort room, they didn’t apologize or change the room although I spent 9 nights, while they offer upgrade for a 3 nights customer.

There was no buffet breakfast, likely because we were the only guests, they solve it by offering a la cart menu. The swimming pool was dirty and it was not possible to swim.

The whole stay was great. I just had difficulty sleeping because something was being fixed nearby our room from evening til' morning I heard hammering.

The pool policy. I asked the reception if I can used the pool in the evening because they said it is only open until 5pm. But when we dine around 6 pm onwards, there was a family swimming in the pool and there were kids playing so the pool water went over our food.

The team were very accommodating & flexible regarding check-in & late check- out.

Everything. Location close by I metro. Food was fantastic. Service was amazing. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Dinner at the roof top bar was great. Great menu choices. Excellent value for money. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The food was great and also the staff is super friendly and cooperative. The room is super clean. Everything was good. It will be my place to stay in Riyadh from now on.

Beautiful, well furnished room with a lovely view. I liked that they provided 2 sets of toiletries and that the monogram on the slippers and bathrobes matched. The staff was so thoughtful as they delivered a fruit tray to my room when we returned at midnight after touring the Boulevard. The Reception area was beautifully decorated with free sweets, dates, and beverages. The sumptious buffet breakfast was so worth the price! I will definitely be booking in here on all my trips to Riyadh!

Clean, good smell and good staff

-Very convenient check-in/out procedure thanks to friendly reception staff, available 24/7 to address any request. -Location of the Hotel being in the busy area right in the center of Riyadh providing you 24/7 options of commuting; metro station in walking distance.

-Dim lights at public spaces and corridors of the hotel, but i assume it's fair in respect of cost/energy saving. -Breakfast already meets acceptable standards, but there is always room for improvement by enriching further options.-Shower could be renovated by addressing the low water pressure issue, however free toiletries balanced the scale :)

The rooftop pool is not with heated water, on a cloudy day is cold.

Staff were great.

Everything in the room was just so old and outdated, nothing felt new, there were dirty stains and rust in the corners of the shower, and the bathroom smelled like sewers. AC sound was very loud and annoying, the room isnt that bad, but needs major redesign and update. Especially the cabinets and bathroom.
