The room size.

- Food is not good at all, especially the Dinner of Wednesday- it is awful! - Breakfast is not bad but the varieties are very less!

The staff at the reception was fantastic and lovely, they helped us in all possible ways and also favoured us with an early check-in

1- The location was very bad with many constructions ongoing and road closures!i left the airpot at around 6:30pm reached the hotel past 8:10pm! 2- food quality was less than expected!

The treatment was not the best; their card machines didn't work and made me wait for long periods of time in the middle of the night for them to keep coming back to bring me a card machine.

Very spacious Hotel. The staff are extremely helping from the door to the reception. The staff at the restaurant are super fast and very friendly.

My room telephone was not working. I reported to reception. they didn't work on it and reported again the following day. Even after replacing it, it still didn't work.

Big rooms, walking distance to Metro station and bus station, taxis everywhere, shops and restos around the area, nice staffs, everyday cleaning and bed and bath making, nice view from my window

The staff were super helpful, especially at the reception; I needed to print out some documents and they were there with me every step of the way- I truly appreciated that.

The AC was on the COLDEST setting, in addition to that, it was annoyingly loud that we had to turn it off. When we tried to adjust the settings for it to be warm, it flopped and the only thing that helped at that point was a HOT shower- I’m grateful that the water was as hot as I like it ?

Very nice hotel with great staff, large and confortable rooms and excellent breakfast buffet

The breakfast is good and the selection is excellent with a very courteous group of employees which I enjoyed most.

The exercise room is not maintained properly and no body cares to provide you with towels and other issues. Add at least one more trread mill?

Ovi is a wonderful person, his personal attention and service is superb and made breakfast the best part of the day. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The buffet was delicious and I really loved the nice soft background music, both pleasant and adding a touch of class. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the national museum but ended up loving everything about the hotel - the lobby is beautiful (and Umar from the lobby café very nice), and the fitness room great. Would love to come back!

Well maintained, staff including housekeeping were very courteous. Value For Money. Room is very spacious. like really spacious.

The property though very well maintained is slightly dated. TV remote for example wasn’t working well, very few channels to choose from.
