Aloft by Marriott Riyadh

Location, staff and cleanliness

House keeping was a bit slow but ok

Clearnes & staff

Room size

Everything especially the staff

I hope that you notify your customers that even if they choose 5 stars hotel they might end up with 3 or 4 stars hotel so they can prepare for their special occasions properly.

Great breakfast + great employee (Mr. Husam) + great location

The price. It is expensive.

Business - hotel . Clean . Location very close to downtown.

Spacious and comfortable bed….. clean and fresh…

No heater …

Good staffs. Mutlq (receptionist) and Abdulmanan were very hospitable. Mutlq was very good at handling the customers, very friendly guy. 10/10 job from him.

Unfortunately, the one bad apple was the lady staff at the reception during the morning times. She wasn't helpful at all. I don't recall her name. She wasted alot of time, she actually could have brought my overall experience with the hotel down. Thankfully, Mutlq and Abdulmanan saved the day.

The property was clean, great location, the staff was very helpful.

The room service quality wasn’t that great.

Everything ?The location - convenient to the metro station, mall and etc.The hotel - artsy and vibrant but with full security? The room - clean and cozy. The window view gives a positive vibes every morning and a chill vibes with the city lights at night. They provide a new clean towel everyday. They make sure that our room is clean during our stay. The staff - all staff’s are amicable, helpful and accommodating. Best service ever.

No bath tub but no biggie ?

Good value for money, quiet, and pleasant.

Staff needs to be trained manage additional requests.

The hotel and the rooms were well maintained and the designs were pleasant. Room was spacious and beds were good. Room service was top notch.

Staff could have been more welcoming.

Amazing breakfast!

Room size is a bit small but good enough for the price

Everything was as expected room was very big, great bed very well apointed , loved the room layout

They have a ashtray in teh room but supposed to be a no smoking room, there is no view, this is the third time i stay here, all you see is a wall of the building next to you

Good value for a good night sleep. Clean room. Nothing romantic. Functional. Clean new bathroom and shower. There was a breakfast room but I didn’t try it. Safe underground parking. Receptionist and staff were very helpful, including late checkout.

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Location

Clean and nice people

The rooms a big and very well apointed , everything works, everything is there and available , service is fast

i got a smoking room but i dont smoke, and the smell bothered me , had no view either saw a wall

Spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff

Location in our case wasn’t good even that distance to mayor touristic sites are relative close, the problem is the traffic and it takes to much time to reach to this places

I love the room size, the immaculate toilet and the pillow and beddings, it is like a 5 star level hotel. I have been living in Riyadh for the last 10 years, so to be in the city center and stay in Aloft is amazing

Everything is so nice, it made my weekends

Location

1-unfriendly staff didn’t help me at all even when I order from outside my food was kept outside the hotel and no one brought it up for me.2-the drop off was closed so my driver dropped me at the highway and it was terrifying 3-no coffee machine 4-the carpet was so dirty my room 412 5-no complementary tools on the bathroom
