Modrest Hotel

clean and good staff

Bathroom size is small

The room was great and spacious, the staff are very friendly and curtious the hotel looks new , very practical and works , nothing too fancy though breakfast was small but just good enough, every is helpfull great location if you need to be in that part of Riyadh

The bathroom was very very small, and shower was basically open space next to the toilet, which i didnt like. far from downtown Riyadh, with traffic atleast 35-45 minutes by car/ taxi

Place was amazing, clean and comfortable, room was spacious، staff in the reception was very helpful and friendly.

Kindness of the staff

Breakfast; extremely limited choices

Sumptuous breakfast, lounge area. They upgraded me upon request. Squeaky clean, quiet, good Internet, well appointed rooms. Bonus: espresso/cappuccino (paid) in lounge :)Bathroom was a bit small — not a deal breaker at all.

the place very quiet, cleanness , and organized their huge parking area , and the staff very helpful

- clean- facilities are in excellent condition- very quite - professional and nice staff - good value (could be a bit cheaper)

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.The staff went above and beyond to help me. I needed something that was not part of their usual service, yet they kindly took care of it for me. Their hospitality and willingness to assist made my stay even more special.

Nothing to dislike.

The room is huge, the bed, sofa and chair are very comfortable. The room was clean and was maintained clean by the housekeeping. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Any request was answered in less than a minute. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food and drinks. The servers took good care of preparing food and it was consistently good. Definitely I'll stay again if I return to Riyadh.

Although the room was massive, the bathroom was a bit small.

The location, food, and staff were excellent.

Expected more from the gym

New hotel good furniture breakfast was nice Very decent and polite staff

Bathroom very very small The first time i see such bathroom size in hotel

New property, clean, superb staff, and located against traffic.

The toilet seat is cramped between the glass separating the shower area.

Clean rooms. Big rooms.

Front office staff has no clue of what is happening. Billed me even though my booking was prepaid via booking.com.They don't have a airport pick up and drop service. The toilets are small. Space is restricted. The dental kit was so old that the paste was hardened inside the pack.Complimentary water is 2 x 250 ml bottles - hardly suffices for 2 people and you have to keep calling and asking for more.

The room was so cleaned and comfy Food dinner was very delicious and well presented Breakfast was assorted and of high quality, I liked karak tea and lemon cake ☺️So quit place for relaxation I want to thank chef and the housekeeper were very friendlyAlso all the workers are so kindSpecial thanks to Mr. Usama for his arrangements for our anniversaryDefinitely I'll recommend this hotel for my friends andsure i’ll repeat the visit The lounge is so good and the restaurant has many assorted dishes

The bathroom was very small but it worked and was provided by all needed staff and also was so clean

New hotel. Very clean room and big rooms. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant captain Mr. Moataz was very humble and active guy.

Bathroom size is small and designed properly.

New property... Well maintained... Huge rooms

Wonderful staff, especially at reception. Large stylish room and very comfortable bed. The hotel is new and fresh. Would definitely stay here again in Riyadh.

Bathroom is small and is a ‘wet room’ which is common in Saudi, but wasn’t a major issue.

The size of Room, Cleanliness, comfortness & location.

Untrained staff, unawareness of supplies replacement or fulfilment on daily basis, even after reminders they don't care to refill body wash, after many follow up calls they were unable to replace batteries for TV remote, so astonishing.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The personnel was very attentive. Breakfast has several optionms, including live cousine

Bathroom size is too small. The room is in front of the street, so there is some traffic noise in the morning. WiFi was unstable.

This hotel had everything we needed and more. Loved the coffee machine and pods. Breakfast was delicious - especially the omelette made to order. The location was ideal for us. Thank you.
