Staff were super friendly and helpful. location was great. room was clean and the view was amazing.

There is an issue regarding booking the hotel through the booking app. It was very disappointing, my guest was enraged when he was not allowed to enter because they said he didn't have a room but prior to checking-out it didn't present us an option to fully pay the stay already.

I lost my phone in a taxi and the staff made every effort to retrieve it and the security chief figured it out. This is the most amazing service I have EVER experienced. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

This is truly the best hotel in Riyadh and my absolute favorite. The service is exceptional, the staff are incredibly kind, and every interaction feels warm and genuine. The overall ambiance and attention to detail make the stay unforgettable.

Nothing significant, everything met or exceeded expectations.

The reception check-in was excellent. Ms. Fanan was extremely polite, friendly, and truly professional. She completed everything very quickly and efficiently, and her smile never left her face. She spoke with great respect and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She left a beautiful mark in our hearts.

time frame in check in they keep you wait and when you ask for late an hour check out as if you beg for their kidney rules not fair for regular customers for years before they where more understand than know

The hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street with traffic jams. Direct access to the mall. Nice view. The breakfast buffet is better to include in advance in the reservation or at the reception desk immediately upon check-in, as it turns out to be cheaper than paying on the spot in the restaurant. The staff is top-level, very responsive, all requests were fulfilled immediately. The room are very clean, it has everything I need for a comfortable stay, from bath salts to yoga blocks and a mat… A large TV with multiple channels. The bed was soft, even too soft. Lobby was too busy, they are a lot of people in the lobby all the time, as there are several coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. The gym is something else, nice and big, with lots of machines, the staff is constantly cleaning around. It’s mix there is a separate room for the ladies but it is very small with few machines only. I'll definitely be back.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. They were readily available to assist you and really went above and beyond. The turndown service in the evenings was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived to my room there was a hair on the bed which was a little gross. But the staff acted quickly and changed the sheets on the bed after I told them.

The housekeeping was very efficient.

Didnt have a kids club but i guess it was a business hotel.

The concierge team are very bad and reception team I arrived in the night and I was very tired and the room is not ready and I am sending to them message through booking and they told me that it’s OK and when I arrive they tell me that I should pay and they not informed me before, and I informed them before about my arrival time They are very bad and they are not supportive at all

Five stars hotel as it’s showing

First,The lobby and entrance is allowed by hotel residents and mall visitors so it was so crowded and a messy lobby! Second, The employee in the concierge was not he or she! It was not comfortable to deal with or to see or to speak with!!! Even my kids was so shocked to see like this in the front line of the five star hotel!! Third the service was not quick!! Fourth, I asked for extra bed and I mentioned my kids age was 8, and they provided a cot! And then the try to convince me to use the sofa bed but it was bulky and not comfortable at all!! This the first and the last time I will stay in this four Seasons!
