Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers

The staff were lovely from the reception staff who upgraded me due to my room being noisy to the restaurant staff to the room service staff. The bed was very comfortable.

For a 5 star hotel and for what you charge it is expensive as it is not to the level of a 5 star hotel - old building and old furniture inside, dark rooms, shower in bath. The entire hotel needs to be refreshed with a modern look.

The staff is very friendly. the check was very smooth and the location is really good. the rooms are spacious and very clean.

I loved the whole experience.

The location was perfect, and the staff was helpful and very considerate. Quite and clean

The bathroom hairdryer has been there since the 80s, so get your own. Body wash and shampoo were empty when I checked in.

Very cool place and clean room

One of the staff members was not helpful and his excuse was i booked from booking app not from the hotel directly.

The hotel is very beautiful in a good location , the room is very big, clean and comfortable. Big thanks to people who work there, they all professionals. Also special thanks to Mr khalid and Miss Dania who welcome me with big smile and upgraded me to better room. They were very helpful during my stay. I have no problem in parking my car. All facilities were there to make my stay more enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to every one and definitely i will be coming back soon

clean, quiet, friendly, good location. been coming here for decades now, its still as great as ever.

laundry form so small, you need a microscope.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Riyadh, and you can travel fairly easily to the main hot spots in Riyadh. The hotel does have a lounge and gym area, along with a good breakfast.

Overall, the hotel is very neat, but has a 1980's style, and it seems that the décor and furniture was not updated this decade. While everything was neat, it was most definitely not modern and no innovation or sign of improvement can be seen.

The rooms were good and clean. The staff treated them well. I would like to thank the receptionists, Abdul Majeed Al-Sayegh, Yahya, and Khaled Al-Shehri.

Good hospitality and nice lobby

The room was standard and some places not clean bathroom old style

Would have preferred an a la carte option because my digestive tract was pout of sorts due to a 7-hour time change and a large breakfast was not what i wanted.

Forced to have a buffet breakfast. It cost a lot for the little I had.

I booked through booking.com When I reach hotel, the reception informed me that my reservation is not appeared in their system, the charges SR. شراءبطاقة:2778;مدى-أثيرمبلغ:SAR 603.75 لدى:SHERATON Rفي:24-7-20 01:22When I check out , I ask the receptionist about book .com reservations no , he said it is in their system, then he informed me that he will refund the amount but it didn’t happened. Good location, comfy room

Windows cannot be opened :( I expected more of a world class customer service from an international hotel for such a paid amount.

Great location, super clean, great breakfast

location and standard of staff

overpriced for room standard

Next to my work

Very Old furniture, high prices

CleanGood location

Lack of restaurants One for breakfast and one restaurant (Italian) open in the evening

Good classic Hotel in Riyadh, the room was comfortable with nice large bathroom. Price is reasonable compared to other hotels in Riyadh. Staff was helpful and extended my Checkout time.

The window was not properly cleaned, with stain of grease. Gym is small and cramped; I did not use the swimming pool but it also look not so great.

Breakfast fantastic ..huge selection and everything fresh. A little expensive but good value for that amount.

Nothing to complain,

Clean and tidy

Parking is an issue and price is expensive!

Facilities

Electricity and water not working .. going up and down with phones flash. However management was kind enough to shift me to the nearby le Meridien.
