Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh edge By Rotana

The location was fantastic as it was right across the street from an Abaya mall and right next-door to two incredible coffee shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I lost my suitcase for three days and the facilities were beautiful with a lovely gym and pool upstairs and big comfortable rooms.

Other than a small issue with the motion sensors in my room going off constantly and clicking, the rooms were fantastic. (Maintenance fixed it quite quickly for me so it was not a big deal) As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable in the hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling alone!

location

Room given was without window .Asked for another room and said the hotel is full for two days

The staff and the front desk were fabulous and so friendly. They make you feel like home and more

The location is kinda busy to reach

Very spacious room and clean

The room didn’t have a window but the staff added the breakfast instead

Location and Breakfast is very good

Only the noise coz its on the main Road

I would like to thanks Mrs. Sarah Rashed Reservations Supervisor. Good prices, clean room, excellent services

Cozy with all facilities available very clean and rooms are big, staff very friendly and supportive

Great location, rooms are spacious, good for families. Staff are friendly and very accommodating with young kids, especially at the restaurant. Food is also really good, breakfast and dinner.

Only thing is the aircon was a little temperamental.

breakfast could have more egg options but was good, room was really good so was checkin staff

Asked for late checkout, couldnot be provided.Took room service and the food arrived very very late after 1 hour when I followed up, pretty much had lost my appetite by then so late at night.

Good location and comfortable place

The room was not ready for entry.

Everything was wonderful. The Saudi receptionist was very nice and welcoming.

The bed could be more comfortable.

Location food and cleanliness

The AC SOUND TOO LOUD AND ENGINEER TRY HIS BEST TO REDUCE BUT STILL WAS NOT CONFORTABLE

I was really fortunate to stay at this hotel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the location is excellent. But what truly makes this place special is the service.I would especially like to thank Osama Alhazmi, who was exceptionally professional and kind. Always smiling, quick to assist with any request, and genuinely caring about our comfort. Osama made my stay much more enjoyable and gave me a true sense of hospitality.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely come back again.

Clean, new, and good location.

Overpriced The room without a window was not a very good idea!

rooms are with a good size, quite, location is great, parking is good, and we ask for mattress pad and they provided it which is nice!

check in process was not fast, the guy at the reception ask me to stay and wait and he went inside and never came back ! I had to ask another one to do the check in for me which is weird.

Many thanks to the Saudi receptionist who treated me with great respect and gave me a warm welcome at the hotel. The check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, saving me time and keeping the process hassle-free. Also, having parking spaces available on the ground floor saved me a lot of effort, which I consider a very nice feature.

Nothing at all.

I was really disappointed with my stay. First of all, the staff were rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I had constant issues with the key card — every time I tried to enter my room, the reader wouldn’t work, which was incredibly frustrating. What surprised me most, though, was how they handled guests. Having a friend visit for just a couple of hours during the day turned into a problem. They insisted on taking my guest's ID, acting as if I had done something wrong — as if I broke the law just for having someone over. Since when is that considered unacceptable?Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily strict. Definitely not what I expected.

Friendly staff, good room, great downstairs cafe, close to the metro, modern gym equipment

Gym is a little limited

The staff were very friendly and quick, the room was spacious and clean, location was very close to major landmarks and highways, hotel lobby and parking were clean and accessible

The beds were very hard, not very comfortable, pillows are not comfortable as well, otherwise everything else was perfect

Overall.. cleanliness, the staff is accommodating and friendly especially Ms Fathi and Ms Sarah.
