Pros +
- It was an overall unpleasant experience. The service fell short, the beds were uncomfortable, and despite ordering 2 bot
- The room and sitting area were comfortable. The staff were friendly but spoke little English so there was confusion about daily cleaning. They have a button inside the room you push but it did not work so every night when we retuned we would have to ask for clean cups, more coffee etc. we didn’t even bother to clean the sheets. They also have motion sensors for the bathroom. So if you go to the bathroom during the night, expect lights on, facing the bedroom for at least 3 minutes since there is a window in the door. And when you shower, lights will go off after 3 minutes and you are in darkness. There was no way to explain this inconvenience to anyone.
- Staff nice. Room sizes are good. Bathrooms nice.
Cons -
- The hotel was not finished. Gym and coffee area not available. Drilling happening on site so was noisy sometimes. No aircon in my room which was uncomfortable
- It s not ready for service. No Resturant, room service or laundry. Heater didn’t work, my room didn’t get serviced … basically they are not ready yet.
- My only issue was the weak WIFI signal, although the staff assured me that it would be resolved soon.

Disappointing

I stayed at the Tura hotel for a duration of five nights, shortly after its opening two weeks ago. Overall, my experience was extremely positive and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always prompt in attending to any requests, regardless of the time. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being just a few minutes' walk away from Tim Horton cafe, Roma restaurant (which serves authentic Italian cuisine), and Mode mall near AlFaisaliah tower, where one can find numerous restaurants and shops. The room itself was very spacious and featured brand new furniture. Considering the location and size, the discounted price of approximately 820 USD for five nights, taxes included (due to a 50% discount offer), was very reasonable.
My only issue was the weak WIFI signal, although the staff assured me that it would be resolved soon.
