Holiday Inn Riyadh Olaya by IHG

Nice Location

I Charged My Phone With The Wall Charger & It damaged My Screen Circuits, The Hotel Should Do Maintenance For Electrical Circuits The Room Was 359

Breakfast spread is awesome. Location is perfect. Staff is hospitable.

Staff, and room

No pool, gym was too small

Great location, clean rooms , great staff & lovely breakfast

cleanliness and space of the room, lobby area and breakfast

Absolutely nothning

It was good hotel in busy capital city. Staff was exceptional to support when needed.

Location as per the google shows on the opposite side of the hotel.

the staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was quite good, and the hotel provides complimentary underground parking

When I checked into the hotel, I was shocked by the condition of the room. The carpet was heavily stained, and the furniture appeared very old and worn out.The elevator fob system is outdated and unreliable—it frequently failed to work and had to be recharged at the front desk.During my stay, there was a five-hour water outage, followed by a 30-minute power outage the next day. A hotel of this standard should have a backup generator and a contingency plan for water supply issues.

Only the staff .

When I reached they transferred the Guest to the old building. Not professional and suitable dark halls and room all old

The night duty manager Mr Faisal , Day duty manager Mr Iqbal and the support staff was super excellent with very efficient and prompt service

I Like The Clean Rooms,Breakfast was good,Staff is very helpful.

it is far away from any nearby market.i was very very surprised when i asked housekeeping to provide additional complementary water, they said it will be charged, especially that they provide only 2 pieces of 200 ml bottles every day.

Location and staff

Breakfast worst raw food cooked and quality was down

CleanNice crew

No supplies provided without a requestNo one to solve problems after normal working hours

Breakfasy good healthy choices

Great breakfast and excellent location for my needs - close to my Riyadh office

Bedroom a little smaller than expected for a double room

rooms cleaning , breakfast and service in restaurant and front office

receptionists were nice and helpful

adding break fast to the booking

The property seemed rather old and tired, in need of a thorough upgrade. The staff were friendly and the restaurants were good.

Quite a lot of noise from adjacent rooms late at night.

Location was good, easy to get taxis and to meetings.

Although the staff were great and super friendly!! I found the hotel old, the gym was very old equipment, a lot of them not working and the a/c was not working. I feel it is a over priced for what you get.

Breakfast was outstanding - huge range of local and international food choicesNice touch was a pot of bottomless Arabian coffee available at all times in the foyer

The hotel room was generous in size, but quiet dark - would have been nice to have had more lightingSignage to the hotel could also have been improved - there were two entrances, but only one was the actual entrance (the other is a ballroom). Even the taxi drivers did not know which one to use.

Breakfast was very average, service great. Front desk, porters, housekeeping and room service staff were absolutely fantastic.

The location is bit of an issue in the Riyadh traffic.
