Room is spacious, beddings are washed

Water in shower area is weak. Drainage is clogged. Buttons not working.

Food shops and sheesha Cafe

Nothing except AC was very cold I like it

Extremely expensive compared to the quality of furniture, there were no iron , mini bar , water nothing just bed and bath room.

Big sofa

Refrigirator, television not working, linen not clean and sink toilet bowl is not moving

Room was comfortable and clean. Thanks for Mr Ahmed who was very helpful. Good value

It is far from the center

The hotel located near services resturents shops.

The bathroom electricity conections is not safe, the wiring is dengares.

Passable

Very bad staff and cleaners, one time they opened the door when we are still inside..

The location near restaurants and shops, quite area

The toilet is not safe, the electrical switches are fitted near the shower, dentures.

Bad

I didn’t want to write about it (I’m not used to complaining). But to this day my wife and children cannot forget when they accidentally moved the coffee table, they found a dead rat under it...

The location next to many restaurants

There was hardly anything in the room that was advertised like a microwave, kettle or working cooker, even a simple stove was not operational and there was no cutlery or cups. Not even a towel in the bathroom!

The room was spacious

No room cleaning service, bedsheets haven't been changed, room has kitchen cabinet but not a single utensils, staffs in the counter not friendly and hard to approach them.

It's big and with chicken

No tissues, no iron provided

Only the location is good, The room is just OK but I expected more for the price they asked for.

Many of the amenities that was promised in Booking was not there at all.No washing machineNo ironing table or iron available in the roomThe kettle and kitchen items where poorly maintained, so I didn't use them at allEven when I arrived at 3 pm, they asked me to wait for another hour until the room is ready

The location was very good and convenient as there was a store nearby and the staff was very cooperating.

Most essentials like toiletries, towels, and tissues were not available in the room. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

The room is clean and staff is very good
