The property is in a great location, friendly staff, and clean facilities.

A/C only set for cold so rooms cold even when off. Stayed 3 nights, no room service so room not cleaned, no tea/coffee/water replaced, towels not changed.

I will not visit this place again

no breakfast, no fitness and no cleaning the room

The was no breakfast at the hotel. Neither there was a gym or swimming pool.

Poor hospitality and very unprofessional approach of front line staff.

cleaning was poor, even room was not cleaned and beds were made on second day.How come a star hotel not having any type kitchen/restaurant was on boarded on your site. Further after modification in booking the hotel charged for three days instead of our modified booking of two days.overall the hospitality was very poor.

There are not enough parking spots. AC remotes in the room were missing. The refrigerator did not work.There are no cups in the bathroom. No accessible power sockets in the bedroom.

Too fare out of RIAD. Traffic in RIAD very heavy - especially during rush hour. Hotel Suites no outgoing window - there is one window facing the wall to next house

I paid around $200/night. Which is a rate for a medium to a high quality hotel. The amount paid was overpriced. I w

- we arrived at 4pm and the suite was not yet ready. We had to wait for 15 minutes. - the suite was on the ground floor and there was one window in the room with no view just blocked by the a wall. - they housekeeping cleaned the room the next day but didn’t replace the towels. - in the room there is only one electricity socket which is not accessible because it’s behind the bed.

The team was very helpful and welcoming. They kindly accommodated my late check out request because I had a very late trip back home.

One of the water bottles in the room was open (refilled), I also asked for 2 bottles of water twice but never got them.It's not a big deal for me but I think you need to pay attention to those details.But the overall experience was very good and enjoyable.Thank you

The overall experience was good. The stay was comfortable and the service was adequate.

We had a delay in recieving laundry, things worked out eventually, I'd recommend doing your laundry a day before to avoid delay.
