The bed and pillows were the best I have slept on. The two front of house staff and room service staff were excellent!

The owner threw the door in my face as I entered. I was running in trying to get away from the rain and he shoved the door in my face directly after shouting at his staff who were outside trying to clear the area for guests! I got no apology from him or anything. I don’t think he even realized what he was doing and it was so disrespectful and rude!!! I would not recommend this place purely for the fact that the owner is some inconsiderate disrespectful man who treats everyone poorly!

The location was good near almost everything, the staff were kind and professional, still it's a nice place

First the bathroom shower and hot tub after 6 min it's gets cold and after you rest and flash it's goes into the hot tub :) Second if you can't sleep with noises then you won't able to here because it's like you are in the street even you are in third floor.

The rooms designed of the junior suit, with the jacuzzi inside the bathroom was perfect , me and my couple were so happy with that

The isolation of the Rooms are not good at all or simply very bad The construction work nearby the hotel even after midnight at 1:00 . I never ever see worldwide any city which has constructions work at this time . I went downstairs to reception kindly ask to find solutions. They said , they cannot talk to them as it is another company . So I ask to change the room, I am lucky they find last studio room which is my reservation . That’s mean may be at any time at midnight when the hotel is fully booked there is no solution from the hotel regarding noisy sound of construction work. I recorded the video of construction work from my room 207 before I Change it to 4 the floor But there is no selection of video uploading only photo

Fairly new facility, very clean and well maintained, designed for serviced furnished apartments, it is very suitable for family or business travel that needs good spacious rooms, quiet place and very good wifi connectivity. Front office/reception staff is very friendly and efficient.

It’s located away from malls and busy places so not many walkable areas to hang out, but it does have all necessary amenities. Ground floor rooms are family friendly but not big windows or outdoor view. Can be claustrophobic for few.Breakfast spread is quite limited, but the omelette guy makes good stuff

Everything - comfy bed, good breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, clean room, staff speaks good English and are very helpful if you have any questions/inquiries. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel, because we were staying in Riyadh for short period in between long car rides, part of a road trip. Great value for money, especially considering the ridiculous prices some hotel chains charge in Riyadh!

Brand new and luxury and modern design.

Breakfast was not that good.Cigarette smell was coming through aircon from time to time.

The staff was lovely and friendly.The breakfast was great, the room was clean and very comfortable.The only comment i have is that the pool water was really cold ? i prefer if it was room temperature.Overall, i really recommend this hotel.

Booked non-smoking. I was given a smoking room when I spoke to staff about it they just blasted the hell of that room with industrial grade scent....and then gave me back the same room....

Very very clean

Construction in one side of the hotel and they were working at night as well

The room was very spacious, and neat and clean. Also the Bathrooms well equipped with amenities, and spacious, as well.The Lobby was nice, and comfortable for having coffee, and chat.

The breakfast was missing few items, as Fruits, and Desserts (Croissants, Cakes etc.). Could not use Swimming Pool, as it remained occupied from morning to noon, due to the breakfast serving.The Hotel Staff could not communicate well in English.

The stuff are very friendly and polite and the person that was cleaning my room make it perfectly good.

There was not enough light inside my room and the view was facing the hotel atrium and there was no natural light.

Good location, close to airport

Too too too too much air freshening spray, I opened the window and the smell stills, I can not fall asleep, and the pillows are so high. The breakfast is also not friendly to Asian people, not many choices, and it’s by the poor indoors, so strange.

room and bathroom not that clean. there is insects in bathroom and room. toilet is small and water pressure is low prepare to reflush. no option without the breakfast it is mandatory included and I did have the chance to go.

The parking access and space were good. This place has potential, but a long way to go.

Much staff training is required here. Old food from previous booking left in drawers, not n hygienic experience in general, screaming kids in hallways after midnight (kids are kids we know that, but hotel staff should be trained to handle noise politely and diplomatically to keep everyone who's trying to sleep in mind, not just the parents). Would not recommend for business stays.
