Seven Gardens Hotel

I actually handled my boss' reservation to Seven Gardens Hotel. They are keen on updating you through whatsapps reminding that if the guest might need something they can always request through message or via telephone call.

The second stay was so good as expexted.Shot out to Rawan! her service was superb.

Please consider the following:1- extending the canteen hours until 1:00 AM.2- softer pillows with proper neck support would improve comfort.

Helpful hotel staff

The bed, pillow were not smell clean; smell heavy. The curtains not clean apparently not washed for a long time. The bathroom smells bad humid. Every morning after 5:00 am room smell cooking oil etc. like I am sleeping in the kitchen. There was mosquito in the room. The breakfast wasn’t fresh and no good taste at all.

The services provided by Amjad, Hadeel, and Lamees were superb.The location is perfect and very close to the airport, which makes it ideal for short-stay visitors to Riyadh.The room was clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities.Will visit them again!

Staff are so professional and the place was soo clean

In my opnion the lighting is soo deam and need to improve on the lighting inside the rooms

Excellent Stay,,A new, clean, and very quiet hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good and varied with Arabic and continental options.I would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff for their very polite and professional service, especially Hadeel, Lamees, and Mohammed. Special thanks to Hadeel for her continuous followup and genuine care in ensuring guests’ comfort.Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would definitely return.

Very noisy streets around the hotel

Breakfast was excellent, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kindness and understanding. They went above and beyond by extending our stay when my partner fell ill, which we greatly appreciated. The staff’s positive attitude and genuine hospitality made a real difference in our experience. Saudi hospitality exceeded our expectations and left a lasting impression on us.

One small suggestion: it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us about the open buffet option, as we were unaware of it during our visit. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

My room lighting was little low

The hotel is clean and elegant, and staying there is comfortable. The rooms are well-sized and furnished with new furniture. The staff are exceptionally courteous. Their breakfast is outstanding and fresh—definitely worth trying. Chef Rabie welcomes and interacts with guests in a refined and professional manner.

There is literally nothing within walking distance! No restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, or shopping around the hotel yet.It is a new area that needs development

Hotel was close to the exhibition centre, so easy to get to and from each day. Room was big and well appointed. very happy with accommodation and facilities. Breakfast buffet was great - everything needed to get your day going. Definitely recommend for anyone doing an exhibition at Riyadh Front.

Nothing. very happy with hotel. It is in a new build area, so there is a lot of dust around, not really any eating establishments close by. However, if you are just looking for somewhere to stay and have breakfast it's perfect. It's right on a main road, so easy access, but you can't hear the noise at night. Well sound proofed.

Staff members were so nice and helpful, the room was clean and cozy. They allowed me to leave my luggage at their lockers. Their service was quick.
