Price too high for a room that size location is too hard to reach bathroom needed more soap and towels the bathroom robe sizes are too small

Very strategic location with professional staff and excellent facilities amazing rooms with good prices deserves a 5 star

Irritating and uncomfortable

My stay was terrible I was disappointed as someone who took a 4 hour road trip wanting to rest instead I got greeted with the area being in heavy construction, making a total mess the parking is self is not clear where to head and as a result of the construction entering and exiting the parking is very dangerous, summing this my room I can hear the construction very loud and clear which resulted in a terrible night and stay.

The room is clean all facilites are new, best the parking

The bed mattress is very rough

First of all, I would like to thanks the staff the manager and the 2 ladies on the front office, their where so much helpful, nice, well trained and know how to communicate with their guests

Clean, friendly staff

Although the hotel looks not heavily occupied at all, the receptionist didn’t allow me to check in before 2pm while i arrived 1:20pm. Also, they give me a room directly on a heavy construction yard that made me didn’t sleep all night long , however the other sides of the hotel viewing the side streets was more convenient and I am sure there were plenty of rooms available. Additionally the location is surrounded by blocked roads so accessibility from and to the hotel was a nightmare

experience.**Pros:**- **Decent Price Point:** The rates are reasonable for what you get.- **Spacious Rooms:** The room size is quite generous, providing ample space to move around comfortably.

1. **Lack of Natural Light:** Our room's windows were completely covered due to ongoing construction. This not only blocked any natural daylight, making the stay feel depressing, but I also believe it raises safety and legal concerns regarding blocked exits. 2. **Noise Concerns:** The construction noise was relentless, continuing late into the night and early morning. It was difficult to get any rest due to the constant sound of machinery.3. **Hot Water Issues:** There was barely enough hot water for one person, making showering a frustrating experience.

Front offices services, especially Miss. Raghad, also the house keeping they was amazing

They ignited the alarm whistle in the middle of the night for no reason. Which led to fear all the population

The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff was very pleasant upon check in and we were welcomed with a fresh juice.They gave us one of the 2 rooms early which allowed us to continue with our day easily.

The room had a window, however there was a wall against it and therefore we could only see a wall and no light was able to come through.At night it was very cold and there was no heating system.There are very few sockets in the room so If you are sharing a room it is difficult to charge your devices. We had to remove one lamp to be able to charge our phones.
