I want to extend my stay and they told me to leave as they are booked, how come they dont appreciate existing bookings, their should be a reserve to whom wants to stay for longer period. The end wasnt appreciated at all.

Zero room service they never answered the phone when I call to ask them to send me the housekeeping also we called them to come and take our luggage they didn't show up , so we took our luggage to the reception and checked out then we put it into car and no body helped us.The lady in the reception was so rude, when we came around 2:00 pm and we told her we want to check in she said sorry it's not possible the hotel is fully booked in a very rude way, we were confused then she told us come and check in at 3:00 pm. She should say it in a better way ..The entrance smells extremely bad ? ?

a stain near the bed room 360 sauna and steam room doesn’t work as it should be. slippers are slippery on the swimming pool and that’s dangerous. I didn’t see a place for used towels.

There is no guide about the property in the printed version. It’s very difficult to find the amenities.

The staff were not accommodating! Dry cleaning takes a full day, food is not brought to the room when calling for services they were not polite or friendly.

The room is spacious and quite new, so the facilities is updated.

The new joiner staff quite unsure on my request but i believe this part of training purposes.

Location

This time was not good at all from making reservations with Lama and Dalia. Both needs to take more courses to learn how to deal with loyal customer. Also, one of housekeepers entered my kids room two hours before check out although don’t disturb sing was on and wake them up and saying check out check out ????!!!

It was mentioned that the hotel has a shuttle to the airport and that was one of the reasons I picked that hotel, unfortunately the shuttle wasn’t free and it was 3 times more expensive than taking a taxi or Uber. they should be more clear about that

The room was a spacious and well maintained, clean and comfortable, the business lounge was very relaxing even though I visited there only once.

First of all upon check in, the receptionist asked me to wait for more than half an hour, didn’t check until i came to ask her is my suit ready ..?! Only then i went to my room , after I arrived to the room I noticed there was no bank statement i want back to the reception desk to gently ask her am I being charged on my credit card or I is it supposed to be paid now..?! She was so angry and give me the attitude why you didn’t bay!! Like it’s my job to do that not them !! when it’s about 11 they kept calling before i had a time to answer someone was already knocking on my door!! It’s not even 12 that was very annoying .That was not my first time in the hotel but its definitely my last.

Bader, the receptionist, he was the best experience for me during my step, his personality, warmth, and smile were exceptional.

A disappointing and frustrating stay from start to finish.

Poor soundproofing, difficult to order anything, and unhelpful staff—except for the excellent housekeeping team. Valet service was disappointing—only the senior staff member was polite and helpful. First and last stay.
