Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya

Clean comfy beds very welcoming

Coffee machine had a problem and parking didn’t accept my truck

Excellent stay at comfort hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, esp. Abeer. The location was also ideal , with easy access to malls.I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great value hotel with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast selection.

The price compare to location is decent

They are not flexible with check out although I informed them prior to my arrival

The cleanness, location somehow, the availability of free parking, the sorroundings.

The internet: the internet was very slow; on speed test~ 9 Mbps, which is very bad, and despite raising the issue to the reception ( we called 0) nothing was improved.

The hotel was clean and the staff very attentive. The area is great for walking around and close to many malls, restaurants, and must-sees in Riyadh. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Clean area and good behaviour of people

Not value as I booked suite through booking.com but room was not like shown in picture

Clean, great location, amazing breakfast. Common laundry came in really handy

Reception welcoming and rooms especially the one in the reception female with family name AlEnezy

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with fruits and nuts placed inside the room, which the kids really enjoyed. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, adding to our pleasant stay.

The parking facility was not suitable for large vehicles like a Land Cruiser, as the basement parking had limited space. We had to take the risk of parking on the street, which was not even recommended by the hotel staff. Additionally, considering the room price, the hotel could have included breakfast, as many nearby hotels offer it even at a lower rate. The management may wish to consider this for future guests.

Hotel caters for business people mainly , but is also attractive for tourists. Location near Olaya Street in high end surroundings. Located a few hundred meters from metro station Alinma Bank and Kingdom Center. Breakfast is excellent with great choice. You may order from fried eggs to butter fried halumi cheese or fresh orange juice. There is a gym and lounge with view on floor 8 for chill out. Downstairs a vending machine with Ready-to-Eat-frozen food you may heat in the microwave oven in your room. Self Laundry offered. Parking was easy.

Our first room - 2 queenside beds cramped into a small room without view - was not so nice. THANKS TO THE VERY HELPFUL MANAGER we could move to a much better room with 1 kingsize bed only. The coffee machine in the room never worked, even after having viewed the instruction video.Cafés around the Hotel won't open until 5 pm. Few restaurants, no Fast Food nearby. Indian Food Lunch and Dinner buffet at nearby Millenium Hotel recommended. We also found a good value Kebab restaurant on Olaya street, left side, walking 200 meters towards Kindgom Center, maybe 10 mins from Comfort Hotel.

Great gym, spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. As a woman was easy to use the gym whenever I wanted and wasn’t restricted which I greatly appreciated.

Very hard to figure out how to turn off the air conditioning

Everything in it. Comfortable bed, freebies drinks and bathroom toiletries. Cleanliness and all basic travel essentials are provided

None at all.

Place and room size and service

Everything was perfect. The receptionist Abeer was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Thank you Abeer! The room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast had lots of fresh fruits and delicious yogurt and oatmeal porridge. Staff were so friendly. We would be happy to stay here again with our family when visiting Riyadh.

Location, comfort, staff are friendly.

The underground garage is very hard entry and exit .

Staff were very supportive and kind. Thanks to Abir and Abdullah for their service during the stay

Good location on Olaya Street, near Kingdom Tower Special thanks to Miss Arwa, Miss Abeer, Mr. Mufarrat for their hospitality.

Parking is too small and access is narrow and exit is narrow.

The great staff and how helpful they were especially miss abeer al-anzi she was wonderful How clean and organized the facilities were The high security of the place

Excellent staff ; Adequate breakfast ; Enjoyed the gym ;Prompt room service ;Good location near King Tower

Very noisy kids running about in middle of night ; kept waiting for them to subside , in end had to call reception to bring it to their attention - to no avail .
