JOUDYAN Olaya Riyadh By ELAF

This is a very conveniently located hotel in Riyadh. It was also spacious although I did not have one of the executive level rooms, which I think I will try if or when I am back in the city. Riyadh traffic can be as congested as elsewhere in the Middle East but by timing my stops in the financial centre I was able to get around with no great problem.

A great hotel in the best area in Riyadh. Very comfortable, very clean, great prime location, modern, free parking, a lot of nearby restaurants and cafes plus the high end brand shops.

My room was on a first floor, facing a wall with A/C equipment outside. Not very pleasent.

Room was not ready. Staff was not very attentive.

Location and staff are amazing. Also the breakfast is always on point.

The internet speed need to be faster. I do a lot of meetings in my room.

The location is super convenient, very clean, and the staff are just incredible. Special thanks to receptionist Yazeed. Definitely will stay here again :)

The position of the hotel and the staff

The sound of the cars is so loud and difficult to sleep

Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff, and an excellent location in Olaya.

Staff is friendly and responsive

Location is central but very noisy, not for families with kids. It is also a party hotel, unfortunately (or fortunately for them) our neighbours were party until 5am, lots of uncomfortable loudly noise, laughing, couple on intimate times, etc

Location, neatness, hospitality

The location of the hotel was good near to many places in Riyadh

Not very smooth checking process, the bed was not very comfortable.

Amazing breakfast, location and general hotel atmosphere is great.

i love staying at this hotel, however it needs better Wifi. I am taking a lot of meetings in my room and the Internet sometimes is too slow. High speed Internet would make this an ideal stay.

The staff were very friendly, and located in the heart of Riyadh, many resturants/cafes & shops within walking distance. Extremely child friendly and the hotel restaurant offers a very good buffet for morning breakfast.

The staff went above and beyond especially Shaikha and Yazeed if i recall that is his correct name.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Very good hotel centrally located, clean and quiet.

Being charged extra for a small cup of milk so I could make tea in my room!

Location is perfect

Unprofessional young reception staff , waiting for long time to check in, after that I received keys for other guest room, I entered an occupied room , so embarrassing and unprofessional , front desk should be trained well.

Location and staff and hospitality

Parking was hard to park in

Location

Food and facilities

NothingEverything is horrible.

I called the laundry service at 11am to take my clothes and wash them and they said at 1pm they will bring them to me 2 days passed nobody called I went to the receptionist 4 times and they ignored me.When it was time to check out no one was at the desk I waited 20 minutes till someone came and they didn't even help pack my bags in the car worst experience worst service

Strategic location

When I arrived, there was no one at the entrance to help with my bags, which was a bit frustrating. The staff were friendly and polite, but the room didn’t feel very clean, especially the toilet, which had an unpleasant odor. The showerhead was too high, making it difficult for shorter guests to use comfortably. At night, there were also some noises from the ceiling, possibly from the AC, which slightly disturbed my sleep.

They have an amazing location. The staff are amazing. Very good experience overall.

Nothing major it’s a very good value for the money that you pay. The breakfast needs upgrading urgently.
