I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception team for their outstanding service during my stay. Special thanks to Laila, Lujaina, and the lady who assisted with completing our early check-in , their professionalism, warmth, and support truly made a difference. The check-in experience was smooth, welcoming, and handled with great care. A big thank you to the team for setting such a high standard of hospitality.

First of all they the car which picked me up from the hotel didn’t fit us all. I mentioned we will he 4 passengers and 4 suitcases and they sent me a caddilac with 2 seats in the middle row, it was a mess and they made me to pay for it.Second the curtains were very bad one corner the sun comes directly in the room it was very bad. As if the curtains were open.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and never regretted it, everything is perfect. I love the attitude of the employees, always greeting with a smile, the room is very comfortable equipped with the latest technologies.

Location was perfect. The automatic washrooms, sauna, coolbath and pool view.

Trafiic out side the hotel was too much.

There was a loud music that you can hear we couldn’t sleep ad I was on the 8th floor!!The car took 15 minutes, we asked the lady on the reception to bring the car before we went downstairs, yet it took 15 minutes to arrive

The room was beautiful, and the first thing I noticed was how amazing it smelled — super fresh and comforting.The facilities made the stay much easier.The view was lovely, and the whole hotel has a peaceful, quiet vibe. What really stood out to me was the attention to details in the room from the lighting and furniture to the decor, accessories, and even the bathroom. Also, breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Everything felt well thought out and beautifully done.

Everything, this wasn't our first time so we knew what to expect, everything is superb, facilities, breakfast, room and staff. Huge thank you to Mr. Ahmed Shahawy for solving a few issues we faced.

The price was at the booking is different and the hotel charged me 600 more than booking price and they told me to check with the booking about the charges

The reception staff are supportive especially Mohammed AlSamhan, and the breakfast menu is amazing lead by chief Khalid and the team members, Ruba is so kind and supportive.

The cleaning level should be improved, I’arrived late night and I’ve noticed the room and the shower room contain some hairs for pervious customer. Which made me annoying. Moreover, the sound is not isolated and the network is too slow even if you using your own network. However, the hotel wifi is open for public and it’s vulnerable to easy unauthorised access/ exploit.

The hotel does not only offer nice and clean facilities but the staff go above and beyound to support and assist. Thank you so much to the incredible housekeeping staff who searched crisps for me when it was out of stock ??

It’s my second reservation in this hotel, but it will be the last.

I request too simple request in the reservation, which services by many other 5 or less than 5 stars hotels normally, but this hotel staff has been ignoring it totally, even when i mentioned this is my second reservation that not make any difference!

Staff were not educated how to deal with customers and there is very huge delay in the service and they have very strange questions ( every time they questions your identity who you are)

The property is well maintained and clean. The room layout was amazing with plenty of sunlight. The amenities are next level and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet included variety of dish’s.

The property staff is not trained at all They are rude to customers And they refuse to take cash payment for the rooms That’s against the law

The room is very nice, however if you want a good view make sure to check with the hotel bc some of the rooms in the lower levels are directly facing an old building with windows. So I asked to change my room which the receptionist helped me do, although the view was different than what I wanted originally but was better than the previous one.I liked the bathroom it was good and clean. I also liked the spa they have a ladies only spa with swimming pool.

The tv, they have a smart tv but it doesn’t have any streaming platforms like Netflix, there’s only a web browser and it’s not practical. I tried opening Netflix from the web browser but didn’t work. Thus I just couldn’t really use the tv, there’s only live tv channels..
