Amazing experience at Radisson Hotel Riyadh Olaya ?Excellent service, very welcoming staff, comfortable room, and great hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Riyadh.

I alike the staff specifically in the hotel reception the are approacheable and accommodating with lovely smiles. In general it was enjoyable stayed, the hotel rooms are so clean and spacious.

The hotel is quite far from downtown and the view has a lot of construction activity .it has a limited parking outside the hotel.

Cleaness , facilities , the staff were very welcoming & generous upgraded my room , the environment of the hotel is very quiet & pleasant , the room size is very big & bed is very comfy toilet is very new & well equiped hair dryer , washing mashine & refregerator , coffee mashines are all available

1- Proximity to BLVD World & the airport2- Cleanliness 3- Friendly staff & good service

1- The room sometimes had a foul smell, although washroom wasn’t smelly, something to do with air duct. Needs to be looked at by the team. We stayed at room 12132- The hotel is currently surrounded by construction sites which start work at dawn and continue till late at night, could be disturbing for some visitors3- Breakfast needs a complete overhaul, very limited menu, food wasn’t fresh and lacks variety

Well appointed rooms and decent breakfast.

Long wait for checking in- not much acceptable when you are travelling with family (kids) and arriving after 6 hour car journey

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist welcomed me with an exceptional attitude. She is truly one of the best I’ve ever interacted with—warm, professional, and making every guest feel genuinely valued.Even during checkout, the ladies at the front desk greeted me with bright smiles. You can feel that they genuinely love what they do, and it reflects beautifully on the hotel. I am extremely proud of the Saudi ladies who are now becoming the elite in tourism.I strongly encourage Radisson management to retain this excellent team and continue investing in them—it will truly pay off. This is my third stay at your hotel, and I always recommend it to my friends. Wishing the entire Radisson team all the best.

We love our stay at Radisson Hotel & Residence Riyadh Olaya. From the moment you walked in, the staff greeted you warmly and service is top-notch from front desk, hotel manager, concierge and staff at the restaurant. Check-in was fast. The room is nice, modern and clean - look exactly the same as in pictures. It was cozy ... felt like home. Also, the bed is comfortable.

It was quite cold in the room. We tried to adjust the AC temperature and even turn it off; however, the temperature overall is still the same. Maybe we didn't do it right.

Clean and good location. Quiet rooms

The staff at the front desk can use more training

The property was OK good looking property

The bids are like a concrete too hard to sleep on does not feel like you’re staying at Radisson blu

Lovely staff as always, thank you Mr Faisal and miss reema from the reception for your lovely welcome and service

The professional staff, cleanliness, size of the rooms, parking, facilities. Highly recommend in Riyadh.

Nothing at all

Awful

Worst experience ever. The overall service was really bad. But one incident that really made the whole experience awful is When I used their car valet service to park my car and after checking out from the hotel I found that they took my other car key form the car along with my home key without any previous notice and without my permission. When I returned back to them the valet guy first denied the accusation but when I threatened him to call the police he finally gave it to me and said he kept it by mistake!!!

New property. Lovely rooms. Good value and good location.

Clean and fresh

Great room space and new… lots of parking lots

I usually make sure to stay here whenever I visit Riyadh. The location is excellent and close to the most vibrant areas of the city. The staff are wonderful and helpful, and the facilities are very clean. I hope it always maintains this level of quality.

Clean room, new, amazing staff
