Al Muhaidb Residence Al JAWAZAT 2 - Economic

Location, close to Metro, and to Hyper marketThe most important was the staff, both gentlemen were so cooperative

No dislikes

Had a pleasant 2-day stay. The hotel was well-maintained, with courteous staff and comfortable rooms

Special thanks for Malik from the reception team, professional, friendly and goes above and beyond.

Location is very good

Check in time they said that the room you booked in booking.com not available and you have to change the room with more amount on my insistence booking officer said you have to discuss with booking.com we have nothing for you. So I paid more money to acquire bigger room with two small mattress. This is bad

Good LocWell behaved Staffs Neat & CleanI had only one issue in regard to the mattress provided for kids instead of beds. They could have done better as the room size was good for a family of 4.Regards,

Good size hotel room. The Front desk staff were goid.

It is a 3 star and not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast choices were lean.

Manager “Mohammad” was a great help but the other staff (Bangladeshis I think) were extremely unprofessional.

the staff was very nice and helpful, especially the Sudanese on the front desk.

the elevator was small and just one is working.

Disappointing

Breakfast, noise in the room, general quality of the structure and of the rooms, including bathroom

Property were at good location as per my requirements and also had a enough parking space.Staff and service were extremely friendly and supportive.

Excellent staff, location, cleaning and price

To improve breakfast tables

Cleanliness & location.

Breakfast menu is somewhat limited

Big Hotel rooms, helpful staff.

Elevators old, small, not all functional. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Location, staff, free parking!

Breakfast was acceptable, but it could be better by offering more options

Very good location, close to the new Metro station, some attractions, restaurants and a mall. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with all necessary amenities.

Window glass is not transparent; well, probably because the view from the room is not perfect. The room was s bit noisy from the street and nearby construction site.Breakfast should be reconsidered; we found it as the weakest point.

Lovely place friendly staff , nice variety of breakfast , close to hyper market to get everything

Location is fine

Construction happening within the building which can be heard in the room.2nd day most of the breakfast was finished, couldn't even get coffee with milk.

Passable

Unprofessional staff, disaster breakfast, Old building

Location only

Need cleanliness in rooms. Mosquitos were there and got allergy badly. No good bath shower and poor TV system.

Location

They don’t allow early check-in. They have only 1 lift working in this 7 floors hotel.
