It is next to a lounge club, and it gets noisy at night.

- Bed is comfortable - When I had the issue with the room, they immediately moved me to a bigger room. - Staff is very friendly

I faced an array of challenges in just one night:- when I walked into the room, the bathroom sink was broken on the floor (somehow fell off)- no hot water in the morning - all night the AC was dripping in the ceiling and hitting some metal, making it difficult to sleep without my soundproof earphones - the windows are facing the inside courtyard with other rooms on the other side so you cannot open the curtons and use lights during daytime.. super weird- staff don’t really speak English (but are really kind and helpful) and it’s my bad that I don’t speak Arabic - pillows are hard

The bed was directly located under the AC vents making it impossible to sleep while the AC is on, besides the room located on the third floor was actually on top of the roof with AC units in very close proximity and humming day and night making it pretty annoying

New hotel, clean, good location (you still need a taxi to move around but it will be short distance).Wifi was faster than other hotels i have been to. Staff was very respectful, responsive, and accommodating

There are not much facilities. Breakfast area cam be relocated to a more lively room. Price was expensive

We had a wonderful stay at Ross Hotel in Riyadh. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by the entire team, especially Sultan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. He even arranged for our suite to be upgraded, offering us more comfort. The suite itself was spacious and very well-maintained. We highly recommend Ross Hotel for its prime location (very close to DQ and Laysen Valley) its outstanding staff, and comfortable rooms.

I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions. What I appreciate about this location is that the rooms are sizable, well-appointed, and recently renovated. The staff is exceptionally amiable, particularly Sultan. They consistently strive to ensure that your stay is comfortable.

Breakfast included. Large and relaxing lobby. Decent gym equipment - just not all machines i like but it was included. Cafe staff super nice and good selections of juice, coffee, etc.

Having to change rooms unexpectedly due to maintenance. Kids sometimes playing 'doorbell ditch' and running through halls but it wasn't too frequent. New room toilet clogging.

First of all, the reception I've got from the receptionist on duty the day my arrival was exceptional! I don't know his name (I checked in on Wednesday the 10th of July after 9 pm). He is a keeper! Second, the room was super clean and spacious. I have ordered from the hotel restaurant and I was amazed by the deliciousness of the dishes.The location was not very far from downtown. The parking was spacious.

My only problem is with the flow of water. It was very slow and borderline annoying when you are taking a shower. Plus, the breakfast was the same everyday, and there was no French pastry station.

I had an issue with the shower, the hot water stopped coming out of the shower. when informed the reception staff they acknowledge that they have an issue related to the pumps

The staff was very helpful and smiley specially the receptionist, the hotel was cleanliness, room service was excellent.

I stay with ross hotel for one night it was nice stay and helpful staff / i visited the spa they have a nice spa with 15% discount for massage and body care

Good place to stay in Riyadh new and clean ? Near to diplomatic quarter and king Faisal hospital

For what we required, a quick night stay over in Riyadh, this was a great and affordable option. We needed to reside close to our Embassy and the location was perfect.

There was no view from our room, but we did not really require one. When we checked in, we were assigned a room and when we got there, there was already someone checked into that room. The staff was helpful and quick to allocate us another room (the one without a view) and this time someone accompanied us to the room to check it was all acceptable. Thank you for the service.
