It was clean, location was nice.

The reception was not welcoming, the gym has no air conditioning, the WiFi was very very slow, the furniture quality especially the shower was low quality with no curtain or glass wall all the water would go to the bathroom floor, and the bathroom did not have heated water. Also it’s in Al Sahafa area and not KAFD

Area was good and walkable. I appreciate the team in the hotel, they reached out and made sure i was enjoying my stay - specifically Ibtisam.

The parkings are not meant for a hotel of that size.

Bad wifi connection. No coffee machine in the lounge. The breakfast is fine but not great. The parking is old and needs maintenance.

Very poor quality, bad service, gym without Ac and its dirty and very small, lobby is dirty, water leak in toilet

The rooms are smaller than advertised and definitely not 25m². Beds are small, and the sound insulation is poor, noise from the elevator was loud enough to wake me multiple times. The AC only works in cooling mode, leaving the room at 16°C in January when we checked in. A heater was provided, but only after I requested it. Additionally, the car parking entrance is very inconvenient.

we were 4 adults and they allocated us to 3rd floor near the swimming pool. the noise was very horrible . the room was un clean as well as the bathroom was smelling urine unfortunately for room (303). they didn't provide in the check-in the clean towels and slipper. the room (302) has broken shower. at the last day they have charged us 16 R because they had to separate the beds to have the room for twin bed ????? how came they charge the guest for moving the furniture. The breakfast was un tasty as well as not have variety selection for the breakfast. the Pillows was uncomfortable.

Place and accomidation are very nice, beautiful and staff super friendly specially Ebtesam and Alanoud.

The location is good, the ac works great, close to the airport and to other areas around. The staff are nice and overall the room is all right.

The bathroom plumbing is bad, it smelled bad the whole time I was there. The towels are old and only one was provided. The toilet paper is one ply. Elevator takes forever.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also, the room service team was outstanding — the room was clean, well-organized, and everything was perfectly in place.

The property isn’t suitable for work-related stays due to constant noise. Additionally, the parking area is extremely tight and poorly organized, making it difficult to get in and out of the car.

The breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee. The staff were really helpful and understanding and overall it was a really satisfying stay. The cafe downstairs was also a pleasant surprise as well as the coffee was excellent and it was convenient in the afternoons and late evenings

There were only a few occasions where we had trouble with the wi-fi on our phones as well as the tv where it just wouldn’t connect. It always worked in the end it just took some time.

-No mobile signal in high floors room-Wifi is extremely bad almost not functional -Room is quite old not very clean - dusty furniture -No good isolation between rooms - even food smell from other rooms get into my room-Refrigerator is very small and not clean- Elevators takes very long time-Key was inactivated twice during my stay which means another trip to reception using the slow elevators - The guy in reception wearing suit was not acting nice like he is forced to work there- When I selected to pay at property- they forced me after making the booking to either pay now or cancel my reservation, so I had to pay using my credit card. I didn’t like not being straight forward.

The pillows was so uncomfortable couldn’t sleep that i purchased one

1- not clean2- facilities broken things in the room & very old furniture 3- people next to us are very loud and they were partying at 1:30 am I tried to call the receptionist 3 times but they did not answer at all.4- our room was not ready and I checked in after the check in time by 2 hours but they are not ready and they gave me a very bad room they changed it after I was very angry
