Thank for the team especially the jordanian girl who was at the reception. I am sorry that I forgot her name but she was very professional.

Clean and great location. Breakfast staff was great as well as all staff on property.

the hotel is very clean and all staff are helpful and welcoming, the room is very clean, the room service very fast and active, the breakfast is amazing with all varieties, and the most amazing restaurant is the sky view at the 13th floor it was amazing the food and service with a warm welcoming specially from the lebaneese manager.

it exceed my expectations

Clean and hygienic

Wash room is cramped as wc is just in front of the wash basin and you can’t avoid touching the wc on your legs while using the washbasin Secondly , the service at the breakfast is extremely poor. I had paid for the breakfast for 2 days stay however I used the service on one day . I ordered for an omelet which did not arrive for 15 minutes . The chef at the eggs counter was late and after that busy chatting and arranging for things. I had to leave without the breakfast .

Very clean and spacious rooms. delicious breakfast with variety of food.Excellent location with just 10 minutes walk to burj almamlakah and 5 minutes walk from the Saudi commission for health specialities exam center.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice staff

The spa was closed for refurbishment

Generous buffet. A lot of variety

Better breads More milk selections

Outstanding experience! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views and impeccable cleanliness. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service provided. Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Clean convenient. Great room service.

It felt like home .good location comfortable bed , delicious breakfast, friendly staff

The people working in the hotel, all of them, were exceptional and friendly. Also the housekeeping are amazing and the room is always clean in an excellent way.

The shower needs modernisation, it’s equipment is little on the cheap side. Especially the handheld shower head that needs to be changed and modernised to new one with options on water power as the one available is not convenient at all.

The hotel was nice , stuff was very, very friendly and trying to help you Very clean Big thanx for Ms.Lida and Mr.Jawish The food is so yummi

The rooms are clean. Bed is very comfortable. The design of the rooms is very practical & the rooms have beautiful relaxing colors.I really appreciated the professionalism & welcoming attitude of the team in the hotel. On arrival you are greeted with Arabic coffee and dates. I enjoyed the variety and quality of items in the breakfast buffet. I also appreciated the fresh roses on the breakfast tables.

The prices could have been a bit more reasonable. Small reception area.

We had a great stay at Cantonal Hotel. The hotel is modern, well maintained, clean and well located. There is also a huge garage which can be quite helpful in Riyadh. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and good quality. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Jahirul Alam for his kindness and attention during breakfast.
