Smayah Residence Hotel - Riyadh international Convention & Exhibition center

Convenient location, plenty of parking and super clean. Mr. Osama at the reception was truly amazing and made the process of checking in and out smooth and quick. Would be coming back here during my next trip and would highly recommend.

The room was clean. The area around it is safe and everything you need is by walking distance.

None. Everything was good.

Almost everything was good. The level of cleanliness was great. The room size and decor were impressive. The reception staff were professional and courteous. They responded quickly and were able to help a lot with my requests. Many local restaurants and shops are located nearby.

The shower area was open and water sprayed on the toilet seat and everywhere while showering. Location, but anyway I had a rental car. More electricity sockets should be provided near sofas. The room service machine was not working properly so I had to inform the front desk to keep a note to clean my room. Breakfast should be improved a lot.

Very clean and staff were very helpful.

The gym was a bit small not fully kitted.

The room was clean & spacious and great location

The prices is expensive

Friendly Staff very helpful and always smiling, very nice room

the quality of the bathroom finishes is not up to the standard

location

bathroom and toilet, no privacy, all transparent glass.

Good location and clean place.

The breakfast wasn’t acceptable.

staff and cleanliness was exceptional

the breakfast was inedible, i just went to get coffee and water to take back to my room

The location of the property is good

There was no one at reception when i arrived for check-in. I had to wait and the receptionist took his own sweet time to come. He forgot to take the payment during and later sent bell boy with the card machine. The room was not ready even though i arrived late evening. During the booking i requested for a single queen size bed but they gave me a room with two single beds and played smart by joining them, this made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was not good at all extremely limited options the bread toaster was from 1890s and wasnt working properly.

Photos looks good but the reality is different

Our daughter was bitten by some sort of bat bugs/mites , the bedding was not properly washed and bed were filthy. disappointed. The breakfast was disappointed and very low quality. not worth it and would not recommend.

reception and restaurant guys are very generous and helpful. I do remember mr Amin who assisted us a lot

The friendly staffThe location The underground parking

Separate needs some improvement

Breakfast is excellent, room service and menu are also exceptionally good! Very polite and helpful staff. Osama the manager on duty during our stay was very nice and devoted. Thank you again! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Big mall is in walking distance with excellent restaurants.

Street facing rooms are very loud in the morning rush hours, but there was no problem changing it. Thanks for it again!

The service at reception was exceptional—hospitality at its best. I had an early arrival, and they accommodated me in the best possible way, with early check-in and breakfast while waiting for the check-in - accommodating staff. The room was large, with a great bed, separate shower and toilet, good space, appreciated coffee/tea facilities, and a working desk. Recommendable

Decaf coffee :-)

Location was ok for where i had to go daily. The breakfast is less than simple, poor quality and the staff are not friendly in the breakfast area. Pillow are uncomfortable, and the bathroom smelled like urine since day 1. The quality of the build is very low and you could see broken bits an pieces everywhere.

Just the location.

Quite..comfortable..clean

Very expensive in Riyadh

Simple and cozy

Shakshooka in breakfast was not tasty and frying was a bit oily

beds are comfortable

Bathrooms are not clean, no hot water in shower, water heaters were switched off without notifying mebreakfast was very bad, no varieties, food taste was not good.

The hotel is very new, built around a year ago. Design is very pleasant and the rooms are of a good size and comfortable. However, the best part of the stay were the staff, who were incredibly helpful and kind, going far and beyond to aid in solving any question that we had, as it was our first time in Saudi Arabia. I would like to especially thank Osama who was always checking in on our stay every morning.
