The place is fantastic, great location, relaxing, clean and well furnished and maintained, the property design is great, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Even the property manager was there to welcome us and make sure we were happy, well secured 24 hours. It’s worth staying there and having some great time.

Spacious, modern but feels used a lot

Big swimming pool, the villa layout is great, the furniture is modern and nice.

We experienced an electrical outage that resulted in the loss of air conditioning and running water. While the outage was not confined to the resort, it affected the entire area, significantly impacting our stay.Regrettably, the villas lacked first aid kits. Consequently, we had to contact the resort’s management and request alcohol swabs. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with any right away, as they had to purchase them from the pharmacy after an hour.The outside door doesn’t open unless I fiddle with it from the inside. I don’t know how I opened it from the outside initially, but it does. You must manually open the lock with your fingers. I told the maintenance worker, and he advised me to take it to the upper management.

I truly loved everything. The place was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the reception was warm and welcoming.

The only issue was that when I asked for something, my request wasn’t fulfilled.

The fridge was warm, and unfortunately, we had a cake with us that melted due to the heat.Room service was a bit slow as well.

I’m went to this place several times, the shower from day one is not good and still not good. The pool filter was off from 6pm to 12am despite we requested several times to run it for us Other than that everything is amazin

It was a fun gathering for 20 people. Kids swam, the pool took 7 kids & four adults easily. The place was cozy & beautiful. Thank you.

Very good facilities and equipped with everything you need

The music noises were unbearable from our neighbors, we informed the reception and the management multiple times and they said we will cut the electricity off but nothing happened. Continuous (12 am - 8am) sounds of screaming and loud music ruined our stay and couldn’t even sleep for an hour. If you want a quiet stay never come here

Spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Has some welcoming water, coffee machine and tea bags.

Staff not very supportive. We needed air pumper for kids swimming toys, took very long time then got us a broken one that has no adapter…

Great choice for a weekend off! You'll love the relaxing atmosphere and the excellent service.Loved the whole internal spaces, the dining room, kitchen, and nice living room. They are nice and fit enough for family occasions. The huge swimming pool made it even more enjoyable. It is worth staying days at this place.

Would love to see a garage or umbrella for car spots. It's really useful in this weather for those staying multiple days same as us at this wonderful destination.

the TV remote was not working and they did not change it for us although we called them twice , the internet was slow and the chair of the dining room is very uncomfortable

The living room is seperated from the bedroom. There are alot of noisy from the neighbors and the stuff didn't respond to our claims.

It provided us with the perfect amount of room to relax and unwind. The big front yard was a delightful addition, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors in a peaceful and private setting.One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for us to enjoy. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness was truly commendable.The services provided by the staff were nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Kareem, were always available and ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Their promptness in responding to our needs, such as securing the swimming pool for the safety of our kids, was truly impressive. It gave us peace of mind knowing that our children could play and enjoy the pool without any worries.Speaking of the swimming pool, it was absolutely fantastic! Rooms and swimming pool is great. It can be great stay for couples.

Far from the city. There is no food and restaurant available at the hotel and only option is to order food from outside.
