TV is not working well

1-it near main road it traffic noisy soundproofing was not good all night specially at 2nd floor guests room’s. Were window and balcony door 2-Check in time to be reviewed especially who com from long flight or driving distance we stayed almost 70 minutes to get the room 3-Breakfast couldn’t get to good cheese omelette or local foul ,Arabic bread was not fresh and lemon with mint was not good too,4- kitchenwares not available need to order it .

Extremely disappointed

No safety box Bathroom was not clean I had paid for double room and got one only and I kindly ask for a reimbursement I called 11:30 requesting a coffee only and the answer was ( kitchen closed)Very disappointing

Clean and good staff

Noise as is in the highway and car sound in your head

Everything was excellent. Maybe the rooms were not very well isolated from street car ‘s rumor but it is an excellent choice.

Not clean.I thought it’s a hotel but it looks like a furniture apartment .

Breakfast was very basic and not worth it. The water pressure in the bathroom was very poor and needed a pump.The towels are old and need to be replaced, and more attention should be to cleaning and maintenance.

Literally nothing

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, I was given a room key and went up thinking everything was fine — until I opened the door and found another guest already in the room. I literally walked in on someone who was already staying there. It was extremely awkward, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable.The front desk took it very easily when I went back down to tell them. They just handed me another key to stay in a room while the other one cleared up, without much of an apology or explanation. No manager followed up, and no effort was made to make up for the mistake.Beyond that, the place felt disorganized and poorly managed. If they can’t even keep track of which rooms are occupied, it makes you question how secure or well-run the rest of the hotel is.I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotels that actually know who’s staying in their rooms.

The room itself was fantastic in several key areas. I was very happy with the comfort of the bed and the furnishings, making for a restful sleep. The location of the hotel is also excellent, which was a major plus. Finally, the space in the room was generous and appreciated—it certainly didn't feel cramped.

Despite the comfort and space, the room was let down by two major concerns:1. Cleanliness: While the room wasn't filthy, it was noticeably not spottless clean .For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping.2. Foul Odor: The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the persistent foul smell that was particularly strong in the entrance area of the room and throughout the bathroom. It was so unpleasant that I had to repeatedly spray my own perfume just to make the space tolerable. This is simply unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

The Cochins are small size and not comfortable beds also very hard toilet really very bad finish if you want set it’s very high even your leg will not touch the floor ? breakfast no coffee with milk and very cold items which it’s already few not much

Overall, nice experience. It is not my first time.

The price keep increasing from time to time. However, there is no new item which deserves this increase.

Everything was excellent. Location, room & cleanliness, comfort etc. Room was same as in the pictures.

Breakfast was let down. It could have been better.Otherwise everything was just excellent.

The property was picturesque. The location on King Abdullah Road was nice, and the view from the window was breathtaking.

The breakfast was disappointing. The worst part was the Eid breakfast.. Horrible experience. Please do better.

the bedsheets were scratchey to the body I don’t know if its old or not clean but very scratchy both of the rooms. and the cleaning will only come if i ask
